The whole process of building a new building did not go smoothly, but I would say that the people at Tackett really helped. It would've been a much bigger headache without them. They performed through our fights with the city and the firing of one architect and the inattentiveness of the second architect. They seem to genuinely care that our project be finished in a timely manner and at budget. The delays we had were not because of Tackett's performance at all. They worked with us, kept us informed, respected our ideas. The building is 20,000 sq ft and the most energy efficient building in the city. Many of the ideas incorporated were our own and not the engineers' or architect's. I'm sure it was a challenge to bring our vision to fruition, but Tackett did that. I would definitely use them again, although I hope we never have to build such a massive project again.

They were the original builder on the home, when we purchased the home and wanted the addition, we contacted them. We were impressed with original quality of the home and wanted to hire them to do the addition. They were very thorough in their bidding process and they completed the project on time, for the price that was quoted in a quality manner.

They were very timely and professional. They made the completion dates set out before the project started. They also had a great set up subcontractors.
