Sven is fabulous! He is SO hard-working and responsive, as well as being extremely knowledgeable about real estate in general, and Omaha in particular. When we bought our first place with him in the 90's, I recall being surprised at how quickly he would respond and how available he was. I called him once at 10:30pm, expecting to leave a voicemail for the next day, and he called me back 5" later! He sold that house for us 2 years later, which went smoothly. He's great at giving you accurate information, so you can make good choices about items in your negotiations, which I found invaluable. This time, Sven found us a great place, partly by being so attentive (the house I bought had just fallen back on the market the day before our appointment to look at homes, he noticed, and got us a showing). He has gone above & beyond in so many ways. There were a number of issues we ran across, and Sven handled everything for me in style. The title company made a mistake on our closing date, and almost caused me huge problems with a contractor. They told me there was no way we'd be able to close on time by the time they figured out the error, but Sven said he'd "handle it," pulled a rabbit out of his hat, and the closing went through as scheduled. He even took good care of me after the closing. We had a major plumbing problem that prevented the sprinkler system from being installed when we expected. While we were waiting a week to get it fixed, Sven actually came out to my house & watered the lawn for me! I can't guarantee Sven will find you the perfect place or sell your house, but it certainly won't be from lack of working like crazy on your behalf!
