They cut the liner short during the installation and when they tried to fill the pool the liner sucked down in the pool. They came back out and reattached the liner to the deep side but could not stretch the pool to the shallow side, They claimed it was too cold to stretch the liner and that I needed to wait until spring. The pool sides blew down in October and they came out and shored them up with sand bags. In the spring, they refused to correct the problem and informed me I needed a new pool. They said they were giving me a deal on the new pool for $4995.00 and I had to use a separate contractor to take down the old pool and install the new pool for an additional $3000.00. I was able to do get the same pool and job done for $400.00 less than the great deal they were giving me. The reason they claim it is not their fault is because they say the pool that was installed should not have had a deep end. However, that pool worked fine for 12 years. Plus their experts came out and measured and consulted they could do the job. Although the initial cost I paid them was around $1500.00 the total cost to me to correct the problem is going to be around $9300.00. 1 27 2014 - they are still claiming it is not their fault and now have started lying stating they filled the pool up all the way upon initiall installation. II have pictures from the orginall installation when the liner failed...only about 1 foot of water. now they also claim they came back and filled the pool half full..another lie as the pool had already blwn down by the time they came and put the sand bags in to try and shore it up. Lie after lie.
Description of Work: On 8/31/2012, I contracted Superior to replace my 18x36 pool liner. They made me drain the pool and pay the $133.75 for the consultation to measure and see if they could do the job. I had to hound them for two weeks to come and do the measurement, They were not answering their phone, The only way to get a hold of them was to go into their office. On 9/17/2012, they finally did the measurement and I paid them $1344.75 to do the job.

Waited weeks for someone to come repair a leak in the hot tub. Called multiple times and left messages. No one called back. Stopped in the store and was told someone would call me. Never happened. They said someone would show up on a particular day and they didn't. Finally, they came out the week after they said they would. I have had a long history of them putting me on hold forever when I call, not returning messages, not showing up when they say they are going to, forgetting to order parts, forgetting to schedule someone to come out. The older lady that was running the service department when I went in there was rude. I told her I'd left multiple messages for someone to call me, and she said "well I never got any messages," completely abdicating all responsibility. Currently, waiting for them to come deliver a new hot tub cover. It's been over two weeks since it arrived. Was told it would be brought out with the last service call. Wasn't. Repair guy said he'd check to make sure. Didn't. Called several times, messages unreturned. Finally, begged to have someone bring it yesterday. Was supposed to show up this morning. Didn't. Called. Said they'd call me back. Didn't. Just called again and was placed on hold again forever. They said they'll bring it this afternoon, after they promised morning delivery. Didn't bother to call. Said they were too busy in the store to call and let me know. Probably still won't show up today. Under no circumstances should you give this company $1. Don't even buy supplies there. It's grossly mismanaged and should not be in business. Stay away and tell everyone you know to do the same.

The jet motor went bad, two motors had to be replaced, so they've had to put a new motor in it. They've been out here four times. So I complained, and the guy who came round left a note. When I called him up he said there was nothing wrong with it. I said look I've had this hot tub on my deck - and I had one before so it's not my first. The new motor vibrates the house, which it wasn't doing before. And I said, I'm in the trade, I'm an engineer, so I'm used to customer service and customer complaints, and if something's not right, you have to take care of them. I had open heart surgery a year ago and I spend a lot of time in this house and I never knew when the hot tub was on. Now I can feel it vibrating in the basement. So they sent a guy back. One time when he came round he left the side gate open and I have two small expensive dogs loose in the yard, so we weren't happy about that either. Luckily we closed the gate, but I called him up and told him this isn't right. There's now a hole in my cover. Wasn't there before he came but he says he didn't do it. It's just a little poke hole. So I've been back over there twice. The wife's called several times, and they supposedly sent the guy out Monday again, and now it vibrates worse than it did before. I really don't have anything good to say about Superior Pool and Spa. I'm a very unsatisfied customer. The business has changed hands. They sold me the wrong product for my pool and my liner has changed color - another supplier told me that what they sold me should only be used occasionally. Using it all the time will ruin my pool liner. I don't think they should be in business. The Tub is still under warranty and I'm going to check with the manufacturer that we can change to using Olympic as our supplier and sort this thing out.
Description of Work: We bought a new Hot Tub from this service. They delivered the Tub and put it on the deck. Since then, they've been back because when they rolled it up on the deck, the side was broken. So they had to put it back together and make a new panel for it.
