They came on time and took pictures and notes about the home theater system and promised to get me a cost estimate within several days. Unfortunately, I have not heard from them again.

GREAT!
Description of Work: Two years ago I purchased a home theater from Kevin and the guys at STEREO WEST for our new home. They worked with my builder for advance pre-wiring of speaker wires and special outlets. Their work was clean, neat and professional! What I am thrilled about is the service they provided me when I the new house got "ZAPPED" by lightning and some of my stereo got fried. They came out right away, analyzed the problems and fixed only what needed fixing or replacements. I am thrilled with the service and the responsiveness of the entire staff of STEREO WEST!
