Description of Work: Fixed leaks under both kitchen drains, one was especially bad. He knew exactly what the problem was. I had envisioned pipes having to be torn out and/or a new sink needed, and it wasn't anywhere near that bad. He was probably here an hour or so. It's been over two months now, and no problems! |PS We have used them in the past to install a new toilet, and other plumbing problems. They're the ones we call first.

Description of Work: Fixed leaks in tub and outside hose connection.

Description of Work: The water pressure to the second floor was almost non existent. They had to run new pipes from the basement to the second floor . This involved tearing holes in the ceilings. I had various estimates over the years and Ray with Southside accurately identified where the pipes were and didn't have to make unnecessary holes in the ceiling. They also found leaks in the drains from the tub. They had to break out the pipes that were encased in cement and replace the drains. They arrived on time and stuck to their estimate. After they were all done, I found water leaking from the pipes on a Friday night. I called and one of the plumbers who had been at my house for three days came right out. Everyone was very professional and they did the work they promised. I have great water pressure now.
