We are a full service company offering residential and commercial heating and cooling service for all makes and models. We have years of experience ranging from the basic maintenance check of a residential system, to a long range, multi-phase commercial job. We value all jobs with the same integrity, regardless of size. Our goal is not to be the biggest or the cheapest, but simply offer the highest quality at a price that is fair to each and every customer. Description of Work: SOS installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They did a very professional job and everything is working beautifully. The installers were veteren employees and very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to a long pleasant maintenance experience with SOS.

Description of Work: We have had a maintenance contract with SOS for about 10 years and have been consistently pleased with their work, responsiveness, advice, etc. They have now replaced our 2 geothermal heat pumps that just finally wore out, the second one this past September. Every contact we have had with these people, from administrative to service men has been a good experience. They are prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and careful.

Description of Work: Replaced old furnace with high efficiency unit. My experience from first consult through installation was great. Never pressed for immediate decisions. SOS calls me twice a year to schedule seasonal maintenance. Furnace is still running great, no problems. Highly recommend SOS Heating/Air. Will continue to do business with SOS.

Description of Work: Replaced heating unit in house. This job was done while owner was not at property. Would definitely trust this company to do work if I couldn't be there to check in with them. Contact was timely, consistent, and dependable. Price was a little more than I would like to have paid, but was worth it based on professionalism and willingness to keep me updated by phone.

Description of Work: We carry a 1 year contract. We receive a spring and fall seasonal check at no cost. If parts for repairs are needed, they are charged at a reduced rate. We have worked with them for 15 - 20 years. They are the best!

What technician were you referring to? All of our techs speak English even the ones we had 3 years ago. We do have one Hispanic employee who is bi-lingual but English is his primary language and he mainly does installs, not that many service calls. Let me first say that |I expect any company I do business with to do what they say they will do |and I will not give them an "A" for simply doing their job.
