Our journey with Solarcon began with an in-home informational meeting with Teresa Rock, Solarcon's sales director. She was very knowledgeable and very eager to answer any questions we had. After our initial meeting she presented us with a proposal in a very timely fashion. Her proposal was very comprehensive and very professionally done. It included the costs involved as well as the expected benefits which have proved to be quite accurate. Once we agreed to the proposal, construction began in about 2 weeks. The entire process took about 3 days with the electrical hook-up taking another 2 days. The crew was professional and polite, and happy to answer questions and address concerns. Since being online, the electrical production has been very close to the predicted output. We have had a few concerns and questions since going online and all have been answered quickly and completely by Dale Leuck, the company owner, himself. All in all, we have been extremely happy and satisfied with our experience with Solarcon and all its employees. We would be (and have been) happy to recommend them to our friends interested in renewable energy.
