We were completely satisfied with the service received by Simpson Power-Vac. I was given an estimate over the phone based on the number of ducts in our home. The estimate was the amount charged, including the tax. The guys worked quickly and thoroughly. They also vacuumed around each duct after cleaning them to rid the area of any dirt, dust, etc. We have 2 cats and they made sure the cats were accounted for before starting each area. We put one of the cats outside and they even let him back in when the job was complete. They were professional, yet outgoing and friendly. We are completely satisfied with their service and feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

We recently moved into a new house (built in 1920) and the prior owners had 2 large dogs that obviously shed a lot. We lifted up one of the vent covers and discovered they were completely full of dog hair and who knows what else. We were afraid to even turn on the heat because of the amount of hair that would have been blown into the air and throughout the house. I called Darrin and he was able to give me an approximate estimate over the phone. He also assured me they would not only be able to clean all of the hair and debris out of the vents but could also use a treatment that would help eliminate the dog odor throughout the house. He arrived on time the day of the appointment and also laid down blankets so our walls and wood floors would be protected. Darrin and his coworker were very friendly and I felt completely comfortable having them in my house. They were very thorough and did an excellent job. Thanks to them our vents are clean and odor free!

Darrin gave me an estimate over the phone and was not over said price. Arrived on time, very courteous, answered all my questions, and was very careful in my home. They protected my floors and walls where needed. Very nice and polite boys. Since the work was performed I have not had to dust my house nearly as often and my allergies are much better.
