Simply Steaming

Excellent. Owner did the work himself was very flexible with our timing and the placement of furniture requiring two visits and not charging extra. Doug even did an extra area of carpet at no additional cost while he was here which we had another vendor just do in a different room and were not totally satisfied. He removed all sports plus there was no lingering odor and the carpets dried in a short amount of time.

He did a very good job. I was very happy. The owner is very conscientious. We had to change the appointment last minute and he did his best to fit us in his schedule and accommodate us which was very nice.

It was very good. Doug was very professional and did a great job. He removed all the stains and they never came back. They also cleaned the carpets in our old home. A few days after they cleaned the carpets, one of my children spilled my coffee on the carpet; they came right back out and cleaned it.

It was great. Doug, was very friendly, very personable and a very hard worker. We would use him again.

Moved in to a house and the carpets were horrible. No cleaning what-so-ever. Called our landlord and he said to get them cleaned and he would reimburse me. Called one cleaner and his attitude on the phone turned me off and continued searching. The second call I made was to Simply Steaming, and Doug answered the phone. Shoot, the guy got here and it was almost like we were old friends. He is very conversational and professional. He does very good work and I recommend Doug to anybody!
