+ -1 moreWe went back and forth with several editions of blue prints and finally settled on a final version. Construction began and the builder was ever-present. Change orders were accommodated in an orderly manner and we knew the cost prior to commencement of the change. Absolutely detail oriented; pickier than I am. If I were building again, I would use Siebler Building Co. again.
Description of Work: Produced plans and built a custom house. Very few items needed to be changed/corrected and they were fixed post haste. Quality of final product is outstanding. After 8 months in the house, no problems but one minor adjustment to a door.

+ -1 moreMr Seibler came out promptly after my call. I did not hear from him for 3 weeks. On that day he showed up with his crew to do my repairs. He said he did not get back to me because he was doing another job but that he was ready now. No estimate or call back. I had hired someone else by then.
Description of Work: Inspect damage to the garage.

+ -1 moreCould not have been better. Although it took longer than originally planned I accept full responsibility for changing my mind on various items. When I asked for a small shelf to be built in the furnace room to hold network equipment, I got a beautifully constructed, solid shelf exactly like I was looking for. His craftsmanship is simply the best.
Description of Work: Dale brought us through an almost complete Rennovation of our home. His workmanship and that of his subcontractors was superb. Everything was done to exceptional standards, and his quote was similar to a previous contractor I'd worked with who's quality although good did not compare to Dale's. He completely rebuilt the kitchen, new flooring throughout and two beautiful bathrooms, one with a steam shower. He oversaw the subcontractor's like a hawk, I can't praise hs work enough. He does new construction, renovations, and even small projects, he is currently doing a bathroom Rennovation for a friend of mine.
