There was one issue that was handled to my satisfaction. I received the initial bid which was to include removing sliding cabinet doors and rehanging doors without sliders. The installer told me that wasn't covered in the quote which I had been told it was. The President stepped in and made it right.

Best thing I ever did in my home. Increased the functionality of the kitchen.

The workers were punctual, were careful in taking exact measurements, and installed the glide out shelves without a hitch. I was skeptical, thinking the shelves would take up too much space on the sides. Happily, there is enough room for all the items we need ( we cleaned out the ones we didn't need) and were able to fit items we didn't use often into the sides and corners! We absolutely love the slide out shelves, they save us a lot of time digging around and being frustrated trying to find items in our cupboards. We highly recommentd ShelfGenie to anyone who wants their life more organized! Saves us time, and frustration! LOVE IT!

They were okay. They proposed the most expensive version of the shelf that I ordered and I just wanted the minimum one. They mis-proposed it but it was corrected and it turned out to be okay. I think the $199 big deal was a discount. The installation went very well. The guy had gotten everything right and everything was fine. But the sales process could have been a little bit better, I think they could pay more attention to what the customer actually wants rather what they want to push. The product is nice.

.They came very promptly and were professional. I had 2 cabinets that neede pullout shelves on the bottom. If I hadn't used shelf genie, that space would have been not used at all. I am happy with them but shelf genie is expemsive.

1. Kenn was early. I made the appointment for 3:30, he was there at 3. That gave me no time to get in and situated before he arrived. 2. Kenn verbally quoted me $1400, when the actual came out to more than $2700. 3. No line item pricing available onsite. Kenn called me this morning and offered to email it to me, too late. 4. Kenn needs a review of how to use and maintain his computer and printer. He wasted my time by printing out multiple copies of other people's quotes before he finally got to mine. I'm an IT professional, I expect people to know how to use their equipment without me having to show them how to use it. 5. I expected, based on my research, much better pricing. $2700 for two shelves in each of 4 base cabinets - WAY TOO MUCH $. You may have great quality shelving and hardware, the sticker shock was too much.

Never returned phone messages or email messages. Will not use this service, sorry.

Everything went well. They did a wonderful job. They were very professionally done & the quality of the work is excellent. The shelves work well. We're very happy.

They came out to fix the rail that they built and they fixed it for me for no charge. It took a while to get in touch with them, but once I made the connection, they were fine. I love my converted shelves. I love my pull outs; I have them all over my house. It was not cheap for them to come out and put in shelves all over my house, but as my husband says, “it was the best investment we have ever made.” It just made things so much easier. The quality of the pull out shelves is excellent. The gentleman who I worked with on the design, designed the shelves the way that would work best for me. I first got them in the fall of 2007, and I think it is signifigant that they would come and fix a small glitch four years after they built them.

I would definitely use them again. I was satisfied with their work.

The estimator did a nice job and gave me an estimate for the immediate work and possible future work. The installation went well also and I have no complaint about the workanship. However, I found that I did not really gain any extra space and access to the items in the corner cabinet is not much easier than it was before the conversion. Things cannot be piled very high in the drawers without running the risk of having them slide off when the drawers are pulled open. There was a deep drawer option, but the price was astronomical as it was and there was no way I could have managed the extra cost for deeper drawers. I doubt I will have any future work done--simply not worth the price in my estimation.

Everything went well. There was one area that didn't work well after installation. They came back, redesigned, and I am happy with the end result.

We are very happy with the result. Like every other remodeling project, the cost was a little higher than I might have expected, but the results were worth it. The shelves have been very stable. My cabinet below the cooktop is fabulous, I no longer have a jumbled pile of pans. I gained so much storage I had several empty drawers and shelves.

Andy did a wonderful job with the installation of my custom made glide outs. The workmanship is excellent. He made sure everything was functional before he left.

They came out and did what they said they were going to do. They were on time and stayed within their quote.

They were very professional. They had a designer come out for suggestions and make a rough estimate for measurements. When I decided to do the project, an installer came out to do the exact measurements. They ordered the shelves and then they came out to do the installation. I have had pull out shelves before but these are very good quality, better than what I had previously.

They did fantastic work. They just had half of the parts that were ordered. I am expecting a call this week from them to complete the job. We had a very friendly installer and was apologetic for the delay to due to lack of having the parts to complete the job.

They delivered what they said they were going to do. They came in on their estimate and did not go over. With the custom work, they resolved any of the issues that came up without any problems. I was impressed with the quality of materials and the installation. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very pleasant to work with.

They were first rate. It was an expensive thing, but it is worth it.
