+ 0 moreThis is a correction to my previous review on Jan 26. I was unaware that they did install the 2 shelves on Jan 12, 2016. I have been gone, and the contractors working at the house let them in. However I cannot give them a better rating than this due to the hassle in obtaining the service. Payment was made in Aug 2015, service received 5 months later in Jan 2016. My slide out shelves from the big-box store, were definitely better priced, and less hassle.
Description of Work: Installed 2 slide out shelves in the kitchen cabinet.

+ -1 moreMeeting with the sales lady was fun and easy. I didnt feel presure to purchase. Quick installation with a very professional installer. The installer cleaned up after himself. He went over all of the products with me to make sure I was happy. I love my ShelfGenie pull outs! No more digging and bending over to get to my stuff.

+ -1 moreDesigner met with us and we selected the Classic line of glide out shelves to be installed behind 7 cabinet doors with two stiles removed and reattached to one side of the double doors to provide full-width extension shelves. The construction of the shelves is done elsewhere in the US and took about 6 weeks to complete. When they were done, ShelfGenie scheduled installation. One of the owners came out with the installer because we had a complex replacement for a lazy Susan. Unfortunately, in his opinion, the lazy Susan was built in such a way, he was not comfortable in removing it so we agreed to not complete that part of the contract. Even though they had already built the replacement, they credited us off in full for the materials, the standard labor, and the extra labor for that complex installation.The installation of the rest of the cabinets went smoothly and without an issue. The installers took great pains to keep the area clean and ultimately clean up after themselves. They did a fantastic job and we could not be happier. We would definitely use ShelfGenie again and would recommend them to anyone needing better organization of their kitchen and ease of accessing their pots and pans and other kitchen items.
Description of Work: Installed eight glide-out shelves in about 4 hours.
