My house hadn't had its vents cleaned since it was built...12 years ago. This company did an amazing job. When they first got here they were honest about needing us to cut access for their equipment. They coukd have done a crappy job and we wouldnt have known the differnece. When i called them to reschedule they immediately fit us in. The guys showed up on time and were extremely professional and personable. They showed us video of before and after. The results were amazing! I am so happy to be breathing cleaner air and will call them in the future for vent cleaning.

They did a beautiful job. They're just so nice, I had to reschedule once, it might have been even twice, but they were really good about it, got me rescheduled and everything in place. They just did a great job when they got here.

The guys were professional and thorough. They examined the entire layout, described their full process and confirmed pricing, then got to work. They pulled a lot out of our 60 year-old ducts, closed all the access holes they opened for the vacuuming, put all the furniture back in place, and swept up afterwards.

Overall, pretty well. The cost was higher than expected because of the way outlets and returns were counted. Not badly, just different than what we originally expected. The results seem pretty good.

The service men were professional and accommodating to the fact that I had dogs in the house that needed to be moved to a room while they worked. They were friendly and efficient.

Everything went fine, we had a severe weather storm the day before and the schedule appointment I had was delayed, they contacted me advising me that they would be a little late for my appointment and they made it on time, and completed the job in very timely manner. Employees were very positive and informative. I will be looking forward in using there service's again.

The job was done quickly and effectively. My carpets have never looked better. Air ducts were cleaned efficiently and got a discount for doing both services. There was minimal cleanup on my end. Jim and his crew did a great job.

Great. They were on time, very truthful about about stain that might not able to remove (old red wine stain & old coffee stain) they treated both stains twice and both turned out well. They moved all the furniture I asked them to move (told me they didn't move beds but could clean under the beds.) Might add that my carpet is ten years old, but well pleased with the results. The were polite and I'll use them again!

They showed up on time and cleaned the air ducts first. As it turned out, they really weren't that bad but we went ahead and cleaned them out anyhow. Next they cleared the dryer vent, which is what I really needed done since the dryer was making a burning smell. After much effort they dislodged a bird's nest from my dryer vent along with 14+ years of built up lint. They had tested the airflow prior to and after cleaning and there was minimal airflow before and good airflow after. If I had a complaint, which I didn't knock them for in my ratings, but if I had one it would be that they didn't pull the dryer out and clean the vent hose at it's base since they cleaned from the outside in. Again, obviously the bird's nest was the main problem and they did get a lot of lint out and the dryer is now working great, but, by working from the outside in I suspect that some debris ended up at the bottom of the vent hose. I've had recent back surgery and can't / shouldn't move the dryer out myself and clean it. Once I'm able I will but I kinda think that it should have been part of the process.

Awesome local company from start to finish! Owner provided comprehensive review of work, methods, cost, and expectations. He was easily reachable to accommodating fluctuations in work date. The Sharp Team promptly arrived and knocked it out of the park! Tile/grout were restored to like new condition and ducts were left in better condition then when house was built. Was so impressed with the service and quality, Sharp is on speed dial for another property to make it look new.

It took about 5-10 min to pre-treat, then another 45 or so to clean. Fast, thorough. Carpet dried within 24 hrs

They came in, explained what they were going to do and got to it. Showed before and after video of ducts which was nice. Will use again in 3-5 years.

Have to say Sharp Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning and its owner Joel has been one of the best experiences I have had with a service provider ever. He was able to work around our schedule and answered all questions we had about the services, especially since I have never had air ducts cleaned before. The air quality in the house has definitely improved and the carpets look amazing. Huge thank you goes out to Tim, the lead technician, and to his assistant for doing a very high quality job on the air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. Even Joel, the owner, stopped by the house to check on the progress of the work and even jumped in to help clean carpets for two of the rooms. Highly recommend this to anybody who needs their carpets and air ducts cleaned. The only snag we had was the final invoice written by the technician was missing some details and deals discussed with Joel during the estimate meeting. Big props go to him for taking the time to do the estimate, don't know too many company owners that will do this let alone stop by and see how the service is going. All was righted that same day and the cost difference was returned to me. Will definitely be using Sharp Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning in the future.

It went great! The guys were so professional and knowledegable. They showed me before and after pictures and video after cleaning all of the ductwork. For an extra small fee, they shot a sanitizer into the ductwork that they said would kill any bacteria left behind on contact and for a few minutes, the air in the house smelled really nice. I would recommend these folks to anyone needing their ductwork cleaned and will use again if needed!! Forgot to mention that they also cleaned up the are really well in which they had been working.
