The guys were very friendly and easy to work with.

My refrigerator repair job involved two visits, and both occasions were very good experiences. I received phone calls prior to both visits to let me know the repairman was enroute. The needed repairs were fully explained to me and I was provided a cost estimate, which perfectly matched the final cost. The ServiceOne rep was friendly and very professional, and he left the area spotless. My fridge is working like new, and the repair cost me a fraction of what it would have cost to replace it. I will call ServiceOne for any future repair needs. Thanks for a job well done!

Had them out to fix my dryer. Their initial charge was higher than the company I had used in the past, but it seemed like we were getting it fixed every 8-10 months. Tech was on time, took dryer apart, said it needed parts and had the parts with him. When my husband came home, he noticed that the dryer wasn't level. We leveled it, but it's starting to make the same thumping noise that they came out to fix.

Sorry, but you will have to define who and what rating. Additionally, can't judge Value for Money, as did not bid the job. That is mainly because of $70 service charge. Your man was fast, curteous and thorough.

I was charged $30 more than I was quoted on the phone. I was also told the price included a permit and MUD would inspect the work. That has not happened. I left a message asking for a refund of the $30 over charge and the permit fee if it was not taken out. I have not heard anything back from that call. If I do not get a refund my next call will be to the permit office to see if a permit was taken out. If a permit was taken out, I would still expect MUD to inspect the work. If a permit was not taken out, I will let the permit office know of the situation.

The installer was professional and helpful. Cleaned up after himself so there was no mess left for us to clean up.

They called right away and set the appointment. They got here when they said they would and the young man they sent was very personable and was confident in his knowledge of what he was doing and the job was done quickly without issue.

Service One better by far than Aksarben Heating & Air...at least the repairman from Service One actually went into the crawl space whereas the Aksarben one did not, but left me a quote for over $5oo. Thanks Service One...awesome work!!

very expensive especially if the technician has to order parts and return for installation it is another $80. fee.
