Description of Work: We have a maintenance plan package with them, we pay them monthly, but if anything breaks, they will take care of that. All the repairs do not cost us anything. We have used them for about 10-15 years.

+ -1 moreI've lived in this house for 3 years and we have probably used it 15 times. For one service call you just pay $75 dollars and then if your appliance is broken and it is covered by your Service 1 contract then they fix it for that charge. I will use them again in the future.
