I liked the cost. The selection was pretty good. They have a lot of the top brands. The TV is awesome. The interaction with them was great.

Bought a new refrig. and 10 months later a part went out. sears then put in a used(reconditioned) part that only lasted 13 months. I was not even aware that it was not a new part. After the second time sears would not repair the part(even though they had put in a used-not new part. I feel this is a scam, just so the part lasts long enough to not be under warranty any longer. The grievance dept was rude and promised they would get back to me within 48 hours. They never called me back and I had to call they after 4 days. I had to go over the whole experience again, as they said they did not have any record of the problem. They finally told me that there was nothing they could do. The Dept manager and the sales clerk both told me that if something happened to the refrigerator with the warranty period, that Sears would surely put a new part in the appliance. I will never buy another item from Sears!

I was quoted a price of $204 and tried to make an appointment. I was told the computer wouldn't accept an appointment more than a week in advance so Jim said he would put my information in to lock the price. I made an appointment a week later and he told me the price was $266 and that the $204 was just labor. They charged me $28 per ball joint when the Hyundai dealership only charges $19. They had to get the parts from a local O'Reilly Auto Parts which cost them $17 each. I asked if I would get the O'Reilly price and they said no. I brought it in and was told it would take about 2 hours. It took 4 1/2. I asked if there was a discount for having to wait so long and they said no.
