Cautionary Notice Regarding Royalty Roofing Services It is with great disappointment that we share our experience with Royalty Roofing, and we feel compelled to caution others who may consider their services. We engaged Royalty Roofing for a window project, providing them with a deposit upfront. Regrettably, our experience has been marred by a series of issues. Royalty Roofing installed storms without accurate measurements over fresh paint, and upon discovering the error, they assured us they would rectify the situation. Subsequently, they assessed the storms, devised a plan for correction, and began implementing it. However, to our dismay, the company discontinued the agreed-upon plan when the costs began to escalate, despite it being their proposed resolution. As a consequence, our storms are now ineffective, and the prospect of removing them presents an additional challenge as it would necessitate repainting our entire house. To compound matters, Royalty Roofing is now asserting that they have lost our contract, despite having received our deposit, and are now attempting to up the overall price by over 60%, from the original agreement from over 2 years ago This lack of accountability and transparency is disconcerting, and their actions appear to be evasive and unprofessional. We will be reporting them to the BBB, Our intent in sharing this experience is to alert others to exercise caution when considering Royalty Roofing for ther roofing needs. We advocate for transparency, reliability, and honesty in business transactions, qualities that, unfortunately, were lacking in our engagement with Royalty Roofing. Please be wary and consider alternative options to avoid similar frustrations and disappointments.

Royalty roofing & siding is an AMAZING company to work with. We worked with Jeremy, and he did a job ABOVE AND BEYOND anything we've experienced with ANY contractor. He worked with our insurance company after a very bad hail storm and was able to get our entire house resided with James Hardy, as well as new gutters, downspouts, and window wraps. Jeremy and his team worked VERY hard for us, communication was impeccable, and whenever a problem arose, Royalty took care of it immediately, and in a manner befitting of a company that earns the trust and admiration of its customers. We will use them for LIFE. After the job was completed, there was an issue with the caulking used on our siding. The issue was the product, not Royalty's team or work. Royalty immediately moved to remedy the issue, even though they were out-of-pocket with Hardy for the fix for over a year. We even received a gift certificate around the holidays. That's what I call excellence in customer service! Thank you Jeremy, team, and Royalty Roofing & Siding. You are amazing!

Seamlessly. We met with Nick and he handled all of the negotiations with the insurance carrier. All went well; they accepted his changes and approved and released the funds . The workers arrived and completed the job , including the removal of two layers of shingles and bringing the new roof up to code, in one day. After they left, there was essentially no trace of construction debris or damage to our plants.
