+ -1 moreIt went fine but my problem was when I called and tried to cancel my contract the manager, Taylor gave me the run around saying they needed 30 days notice and I had an appointment scheduled in Nov. 2013 therefore I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I asked why they were coming out in 30 days from last visit since I was only on a twice a year program. He finally said my contract was canceled but we will see come next year.
Description of Work: He sprayed the interior of home for bugs and supposedly put product down outside home but it didn't appear to have been done.

+ -1 moreThey seem to do a good work. I have no problems with them whatsoever and I pay $400 a year for their services. They also show up on time and if I see any bugs in the future, they would come back out for free as a bonus.

+ -1 moreThis is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The techs are very friendly but the owner or manager (not sure which he is) Scott, has horrible customer service skills. He has a threatening way of dealing with his customers. I had them come out and spray our home and was very disappointed in the service, it didn't protect our home at all from anything. What a joke!! PLEASE BEWARE of this company, go with a company that is national at least they will give better customer service. It was not worth the stress it is causing.
Description of Work: We hire them to come and spray our home and it was not worth the trouble. Worst company in town.

+ -1 moreRove Pest Control came through yesterday and did a door to door - trying to sell their services. They actually missed the part that they were supposed to do. They were in and out in five minutes. I called them afterwards and they still have not showed up. They were supposed to be here at 11. It is almost 12 now, and nobody has showed up or called.

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: The pest service was for Voles in my yard (around the foundation of my house) and vegtable garden. I have a mixed review for this company. The first time they came out to treat my yard and garden for Voles two young men showed up but did very little work to investigate and find all the holes the Voles created around the foundation of my house and in my garden. They dropped some poison pellets in some of the holes and left, no bait traps or other types of treatment was provided. I had to call the company to get someone else to come out with the bait traps and had to call numerous times to have them come back and check the bait stations to see if the Voles had eaten the bait and if so restock the traps. When I questioned one of the employees about when they would come back to check the bait stations again he said there were no plans to follow up and they only come out if I call. I would have thought they would want to make sure the traps had poison in them and also see if there was still any activity. I would think they would want to know if they were doing any good in treating my yard and around my foundation. With that being said it does appear the the bait stations have made a difference but at the same time I would think the company would want to be more pro-active in helping us, especially with the cost involved.

+ -1 moreThey are superior. They are better than any other service provider we have had. We have used them for 3 or 4 years.
Description of Work: They do both our business and home. For the office a month it is $48.15 and for our home it is $94.00 per quarter. They spray for pests. They take a wand in our garage and along our eaves to make sure spider webs are cleaned out. These services are for both the inside and outside the home.

+ -1 moreThe workers and employees are very courteous. They are do the job very quickly and do not spend a lot of time at the house. I have only used one company for this so I it is difficult for me to compare. The chemicals they use seem to be ok but not great. The price seems competitive and we sometimes worry that we are not actually getting what we are paying for.

They always contact me in advance and let me know when they are going to come. If I need them during a certain time they will arrange that. They know their business and they work with you. They stand behind what they do. They are very responsive to any questions you have.

+ -1 moreThe guy who came and sprayed didn't do it like it was his own house, which is what I expect from a customer service standpoint. He seemed relatively inexperienced. They will work with you on the price if you need to. I will probably do it myself next time.

+ -1 moreRove Pest Control Rove Pest Control, comes out every month. They spray for bus outside my house. I have been using them for 3 years or so. I am not terribly impressed with their service. They need to have more communication with their workers. They have some good technicians, but there was one I had 2 request not to come out again.
Description of Work: Rove Pest Control I use Rove Pest Control, for pest control. The last time they were here was a few weeks ago. It cost $32 a week.

+ -1 moreThe service person was prompt and courteous. He was thorough on explaining what the service was and the commitment. I had another providor for over 10 years but Rove did the most thorough inspection and application I have every had done. He got all my wasp nests, sprayed for ticks in the yard. Just an absolute complete application.
Description of Work: I had my home sprayed for insects inside and out. The first application was $45. then I have a contract for 12 months coming out every three months for $90.
