They did a good job as well.

Dan is a "seasoned" tech that wanted to give good, reliable, and continuous service. He gave an estimate of what it would cost (and was a bit over), performed the work well, cleaned up, and finished paperwork in a reasonable amount of time.

Called from work to schedule a time. Tim W. called and said be there in a half-hour, or would be much later. I was able to reach him and resched within the half-hour. He got to the house toward the end of estimated time, and we discussed the house internal situation and came to the conclusion to clean the main line. Tim is a seasoned professional of 33 years and imparted some of his knowledge on to me. He had to change blades during his hours work, but did finish within the esitmated time. Only drawback is he had to use my electricity, which I gues should be expected.

They repaired a floor drain. They were prompt, and did a through job. They also provide a 60 day guarantee. I am happy with their service, and would use them again.

Overall the experience went well because of the responsiveness of the manager to come on site after the first 2 visits did not ultimately solve teh problem.

Had an extremely slow drain and I called Roto Rooter because we had a coupon. The first guy shows up in the morning and cleans the drain, then finds that we need a pipe replaced. The first guy doesn't know how to do this so a second guy comes out in the afternoon. They seem to do a good job and they were professional. I'm just confused why 2.5 hours of work combined and some PVC pipes equals $700. I had similar work done by a different company in the past and it has always costed around $200. I only went with Roto Rooter because I had a coupon. I will never use them again.

We had a bad flood and he was able to arrive in an hours time. He worked efficiently. He was a kind person and was willing to do whatever it took to get the drains as clean as he did. He did miss one drain access and that is the one giving us trouble. We have a 90 day warranty, so I will be calling him back to get that drain cleared. We have three bathrooms and one laundry room. It is the laundry room drain that needs to be looked at.

They were punctual, and they were careful not to make a mess. They explained how the drain probably got clogged. They recommended a product to use every couple of months to keep it clean.

I had two problems. First, a stopped up drain in the basement. Second, a leak in the kitchen faucets. They told me that they only did plumbing; different people did drains. The person on the phone had not made that clear to me. I didn't want to take off of work more than once. Had I realized this, I would have use a different plumbing company. They did plunge the drain in the basement, but eventually it will need to be cleaned out. Then the two proceeded to the kitchen. When they were looking at all of the different parts to the "fancy" faucets that I had purchased, I suggested that they might want to look at the directions. They allowed as this might be a good idea. They then replaced the faucet and installed a soap dispenser and spray. When they finished there was one piece left.I asked them why they hadn't used it and they said that it was for a special application. After they left, I read that the "special" application is a stainless steel sink which I happened to have!

Fast (18 minutes from the time that I signed the OK until he was finished).

I called Roto-Rooter since my regular auger folks were completely booked and I need the basement sink drain cleaned that day. The call center personnel was professional, taking all pertinent information and dispatched a drain specialist within two hours. Sean, the drain specialist, quoted a price for the work and I agreed to it. Although the work was in a small, difficult space, Sean was able to work around any potential problems and freed the drain. In addition he offered to clean from the waste stack to the septic system. He quoted me an additional amount, I agreed and he immediately cleared that section of pipe also. Later that evening, I discovered that the waste plug had a small crack and was leaking. The next morning, I called Roto-Rooter, explained the situation and they dispatched Sean once again. He promptly replaced the waste pipe plug with a new one at no extra charge.

They were there within 1 hour of the time window the company had given me. They told me up front what the cost would be. They worked hard and were very conscientious about cleaning up their mess afterwards. The 2 young men who came to my house were polite and courteous. Doing business with them was a pleasure.

So far, I would say that the company did a good job. It has not been long since they actually did the work. I would say that they were friendly when they came to our home. The price was more on the high side so, the next time that I need a service like this I would look at some other companies.

Roto Rooter came out really fast when we called. He had all the parts on hand that he needed to complete the job. We had a good time because he was a real people person. He left us his business card and because of the work he did and the price that we paid, we will not be using any other company.

This was a really terrible company and they did a really bad job. They were polite, but when they fixed the leak, the toilet was kind of sitting sideways and it started leaking again 2 days later. They came back out and this time they ruined the toilet somehow and it kept running.

They did a good job on my drains and they were polite. I have given out their number to my mother because they did such a good job for me. I feel some companies use their names to mislead you, but not Roto Rooter.

Roto Rooter was extremely expensive, even with our Senior Citizen discount. My husband confronted them about the price and they showed us they have a set price for about everything. It was pretty ridiculous. It only took ten minutes to do the work. I don't know why we called them again anyway because once in the past we had them do some work for us and they chipped a tile and didn't tell us about it.
