Rockbrook Floors

The installers did a good job on the flooring but a poor job on the stairs. More importantly, when I pointed out the problem with the stairway installation (which looked like a do it yourself project) I got some pushback on correcting it. On one stairway, the correction was performed and I got the result that was intended but I was asked to pay for the repeat work. I felt the stairway should have been installed properly from the start so I did not pay for the redo and I am happy with the final result. The other stairway had a problem that even the owner admitted was done badly, but the redo was even worse so I had to have another flooring company come in and do it right. Obviously, I had to pay for that but I am happy with the results. I think this flooring company has little experience with installing stairways, and they don't have a good grasp of what it should look like when done.

We had planned on replacing the existing flooring with new vinyl and had an estimator come out to give us a bid. The estimator went over the process of installation with us and suggested that we consider laminate instead because the laminate could be installed over the old vinyl. We went to the store and looked at various samples and took several home to see how they would work. After we selected one we received a quote and estimated installation date. Everything was done on time and to our satisfaction. Everyone; people at the store, the estimator, the installer; were very friendly and most helpful. The installation was completed with a minimum of mess and little cleanup. We were happy with the whole process and will certainly consider Rockbrook again when we need floor work done.

They do a really good job, went above and beyond, are professional, and courteous. I worked with Tim and he is really friendly, thorough, up front about cost, mails the invoice, is professional, and even throws in some things. His contractors are really good. He found damage that we didn't know about and fixed it without charging extra. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new floor or bathroom remodel.
