 + -1 moreTodd did an amazing job inspecting a home I'm in the process of purchasing. He was very thurough and completely looked out for my best interest. He was also well versed in VA requirements and looked out for anything the VA would require. After completion of his inspection we both did a walk-through of the home and explained to me everything in detail what he a saw and what should be done. After that he emailed me a detailed and well explained report. Very clear and concise information. Highly recommended for home inspection.
