Todd Wrench performed an absolutely thorough and complete home inspection for us. Due to inclement weather he was unable to complete the roof inspection to his satisfaction and returned a following day which he found hail damage that led to replacement of the roof. Had he not been the consummate professional and took the time to complete the inspection to his high-standards, we would not have known the extent of the damage to the roof which led to its replacement prior to purchasing the home. His reports were thorough and linked pictures to the written home inspection section making it easy to understand the condition of the home. Further, Todd took the time to review the inspection line-by-line ensuring we had a full understanding of all the inspected areas and also took the time to ensure we understood terms/conditions that we were unfamiliar with for complete comprehensive understanding of everything. Overall very professional and highly recommended.

I hired him for twice because thanks to his detailed inspection, expensive problems with the first house i wanted to buy were brought to my attention. Todd took his time walking through the home after the inspection providing information and educating us on the needs of the home and items discovered in his inspection. The report was detailed with tons of photos along with the summarized list of repairs. Todd took the time to answer all our questions- would definitely recommend!

Punctual. Professional. Flexible scheduling

The home inspector, Todd, spent more than 3 hours inspecting the home and then another hour explaining his findings. One of the concerns he found was a basement wall that appeared to be bowing, but he could not tell for sure without the removal of the paneling. He advised asking the owner to remove the paneling before purchasing the home. An appointment was set up with the owner to view the wall after the paneling was removed. Todd returned to take a look that day. When the small portion of the paneling the owner had removed was not good enough, Todd said more needed to be removed. The owner agreed to remove more paneling and finally the bowing basement foundation and crack were revealed, resulting in a reduction in the purchase price to repair foundation.
