I live in a home built in 1990. Over the years, due to settling and general age, cracks in the drywall have appeared and some drywall tape in the joints in the ceiling had separated and were sagging down. Reliable Home Repair did an outstanding job in prepping and repairing all cracks in the walls and ceilings. I have a random and quot;swirland quot; pattern on my ceilings and he was able to match the swirl pattern perfectly so that the repairs blend in and are not noticable even with close inspection. I have used this company for deck repair and have previously submitted a outstanding review on that work and I will be having him back in the Spring to work on a project in my basement.

Mark arrived as scheduled. He fashioned the top of the post to match the other posts and fitted the replacement deck planks nicely matching the existing planks. He completed the work in less than 4 hours and cleaned up after himself.

I contacted Mark and he came out on an free initial call to see what was needed. After he gave me an estimate I called him back and he made a return visit to be sure of the materials needed and listened carefully to what I wanted done. Because I am getting new gutters, Mark and I agreed that he did not have to replace the section of gutter he removed. At this time he schedules his work about 10 days ahead. I approached him about other needed repairs and he did not hesitate to tell me if it was beyond his capability (such as handling long gutters). On his work day, after removing a section of gutter he replaced the fascia, repaired the chimney, put trim around the drip edges of the siding and calked all seams. He worked safely, competently, and neatly.
