+ -1 moreThey came maybe three times & then stopped showing up! The first time they didn't show, the owner called - the day after - and said they'd be out the next day but they never showed & kind of dropped of the radar! When they were here, they did a good job & were generally professional - except for the last cleaning when they brought a kid with them, which was strange. I was at work but my adult daughter was home & let me know what was going on.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come out every other week for basic house cleaning.

+ 0 moreI use to pay them $295 bi-weekly, which included vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the bathrooms. I actually stopped using them because I felt that based on the price, I was not getting the quality I expected. They started off very professional and did a good job; but some weeks they used to do a good job and some weeks, they wouldn't. We had several visits where the floor didn't even look like it had been swept. I just thought I would do it myself.
Description of Work: I used Ramm Cleaning Service for housecleaning service. I started using their service over a year ago, but stopped using their service in September.

Description of Work: Dee and Val arrived right on time. They worked solidly for several hours cleaning my house from top to bottom. They not only cleaned, but they also staged and gave their opinions on how to help the house sell. They are quiet, efficient, and so pleasant. They are very friendly and helpful in making referrals also. I needed a handyman who can do a little electrical work and they had a good person they referred to me. I am very happy with their help and highly recommend them to anyone who needs help cleaning their home or needs to get their home ready to sell.
