Description of Work: Lance fit in when no one else could. Was in a bind to get out of rental house, and he made it happen on Christmas eve, saved us our rental deposit. Great communications the whole way, fit our needs and hectic schedule. Thanks Lance!

Description of Work: Called me back to get my information and said he'd call me back after 5 p.m. to schedule something. He did not call back after 5 or the next day. This is the morning of the day after that and still waiting.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Lance showed up right on time. Went to work right a way. Cleaned up the area around the fireplace. Also noted that the caps around the chimney were cracked and mentioned that it would be a good idea to have the sealed. He is going to get back to me with photos from the top of the caps to show the cracks.
Description of Work: Cleaned out soot from the chimney, cleaned the fake logs in the fireplace.The fireplace was converted to a gas fireplace. I had a home inspection done. (I just bought a home). One of the items was that the chimney could be cleaned.
