It went well. We haven't had work performed any work yet, but Carl explained the plan of attack very well, answered all of my questions and wasn't in a rush to leave until all my concerns were addressed.

So far so good! He said we would catch 3-9 mice which we did catch ourselves to save on cost. He would most certainly help you out and set traps yourself. He went around entire house and filled in holes that they may get through. We discussed options for baiting attic I said lets wait and see and so far no noises and no new mice after first initial catch. I cannot say enough good about Carl and his wife. They were so personable and friendly. I didn't feel like I was getting taken which I often do with contractors. If we have more issues he can come out again and perform the next level services if needed. I learned a lot and appreciated all his advice.

We were finding animal droppings on the patio and suspected a rodent might be living there. Quality Pest Control came out on Saturday morning to check the situation. It turned out that the culprit were bats and not rodents. They gave us a useful advice on how to solve the problem and unlike other pest-control companies didn't charge anything for the visit. They are local, professional, and highly recommended.

They were good. They came when we called them and they took care of the problem right away. They did what they said they were going to do and in a timely manner. The price was reasonable.

Carl originally came out on June 7 in response to our phone call about getting rid of ants. He was punctual and so pleasant. He asked a lot of questions and explained his process for treating. He was thorough in his explanation of how he managed the problem and inspired confidence with his knowledge of pest control. When he was finished, he advised to give him a call if we still saw ants after 7 to 10 days. Unfortunately, we did have to call him back due to some very stubborn ants. But true to his word, Carl came out the following day to take care of it. When he told us, "You no longer have a pest problem....it's MY problem now!", it's obvious he meant what he said. Carl is sincere, honest and passionate about what he does. And to our relief, he didn't ask us to sign a contract. We recommend him!

The service turned out well. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technician was on time and called to let me know when he would be showing up. He talked me through potential reasons for my mice problem, what he could do and how it would work. He had excellent communication skills and the mice are now gone. Scheduling was very easy.

This was the second company I called to take care of a wasp nest. The nest was way too high for us to get to. The first company I called said it would be $150 just to come look, then another $85 for the chemical then another $$$. I cut her off when she got to the third amount. Then I called Quality Pest Control. He told me he would come out and take a look (FOR FREE NO LESS!). He then promptly called me with the estimate. The estimate was $100 to take care of the nest. He then explained that I could have service for a year for my entire home, inside and out for $250, so we went with that. It was still far cheaper than the other guy. He did a great job and was prompt and professional.

It was fine. They were very clear and discussed what they would do before doing it. They were very professional. They followed up after the treatment. We definitely saw a huge improvement after they treated.

The winter weather prevented the service initially, but when the temperatures warmed up, the service was scheduled on a timely basis.

Carl was very timely and knowledgeable about pest control. He examined the areas that he believed were most likely the entry points and made a follow-up call to make sure that the mice were under control. I was so impressed with him that I purchased an annual package for pest control of creepy, crawlies for my home. Very honest guy providing professional, friendly service.

Carl was very professional and explained the reasons the mice were able to get into our home and shared ways we can keep the mice out. He also repaired a part of our garage door that had been allowing easy mouse access. He also laid some traps and disposed of a dead mouse. The traps are already coming up empty now (2 days later). Carl was very informative and shared with us the steps we need to take to keep mice out.

Carl is very thorough and helpful. He always works with your schedule for his visits. Carl has reminded me that if I see any pest to be sure to give him a call. He's a good honest man who delivers quality work! He services my entire family. We wouldn't think of hiring anyone else for our extermination needs.

Top notch company! Carl, the owner, is very professional and friendly. He was very thorough in explaining his services and came out to my house right away. I signed up for his annual plan which is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Carl if you are looking for a "bug man".

It’s just one guy who comes out and does it. The man is very nice, and I am pleased with his service, and he does a good job.
