Quality Fence

The estimator came out within a couple of days from when I asked for an estimate and was able to give me a bid right away. Their bid was a little higher than one of their competitors, but their time estimate for completion was quicker. After reviewing the bids from all of the companies involved, I called the estimator back up and told him that Quality Fence could have the job if they could get it installed by June 3rd. He said that would not be a problem. I called the estimator on May 31 to see if we were still on schedule for a June 3rd finish date and he replied that he didn't remember guaranteeing that and that it wasn't written on the contract. He said the soonest they could install it was by June 10th. The job was completed by June 10th and they did a very good job. If I have further fencing needs, I will probably call this company, but will make sure I get written comfirmation on all details of the job.

We shopped the market to determine quality and pricing; Quality hit the mark on both. (We had used another fence company earlier and didn't find the product to be as heavy gauge as we expected) Quality's salesman Brennan was very professional, and made several good recommendations for gates and placement which we might not have considered. George and his installation crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work very efficiently. We did ask them to come back after installation to re-check several places in the fence where adjustments were needed, and to repair a couple of tire tracks from their truck in our yard. (The ground was softer than anticipated when they delivered the fence.) Their quality control representative, Carrie, followed up with everyone involved to make sure everything was resolved quickly, and done to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely work with Quality again if we move or expand our fencing.

They did a good job, cleaned up the area well and disposed of the dirt in the woods behind the house as requested. My only complaint was that once we signed and submitted the quote to get the work scheduled, no one from Quality contacted us to let us know when they would be coming. After two weeks, we called the office and got someone to give us an estimated date. Once we actually got a date, they did show up when scheduled.

I called for an estimate, they did not return my call.

Quality workers took about eight hours total to do this work and it was a fine job. The fencing has stayed level and they used high quality wood. We paid for the fence not our neighbors.

I ve only had the fence for three months, but it seems to be doing pretty good. I haven t had any problems with it, and the guys did a good job. I wanted a different fence but we live in a Villa and the association would only allow this type of fence so I can t hold that against the fence company. I would recommend them to other people.
