I have always cleaned our carpets myself as most companies are not as miticulous as I would like. But the job is too big for me now and it was time to hire it out. I called a company I found on the internet to unsatisfactory results. You could still see the dirty walk path ,the carpet edges were dusty, and the stairs still had spots. Then a friend told me about Quality Carpet. Jim Broesch came in and recleaned the areas and voila...a job well done. The dirty traffic path was gone as well as the spots on the stairs. I did have to have him come back for a couple spots in the dining room which were hiding under the table that didn't come out the first time. He returned within 2 days. He was able to remove all but one stubborn stain. I asked about the carpet getting dirty quickly which is a concern of most people who have their carpets cleaned but a problem I never had when I cleaned my own. He said he would flush his rinse water of the odorizing additive and it should be fine and so far it is. I will have him back.
