I recommend Pyramid Roofing for hail damage repair projects. They recently completed re-roofing and replacing gutter/downspouts at my house. Project Manage Chip worked with me and my Insurance Company to complete the work on budget and on time. The Crew worked well together to provide quality workmanship. Warranty Manager Jaymie quickly scheduled some minor follow up work. It was a pleasure doing business with Pyramid.

Pyramid Roofing did an outstanding job installing our new gutters in April 2022. We were cautious about this installation as we had the unfortunate experience of having our gutters replaced by another company less than a year ago. After excessive leaking and drainage issues, we found out the entire job could not be repaired and needed to be fully replaced. Nick, our Project Manager, was here to help. He and Ritchie did an outstanding job explaining why our gutters were not meeting our expectations and answering all of our many questions about how their installation would be better. They were able to complete the job quickly with no disturbance to our landscaping. The crew went above and beyond by touching up the paint on areas that were scratched when removing the problem gutters. After our previous horrible experience with the other company we were very pleased with all aspects of Pyramid Roofing – sales, installation and clean up. Best of all the gutters are working perfectly with no leaks!

We purchased a home last summer 2020, and have had endless unforeseen issues with this house which has proven/is still proving extremely costly to us. One of which was the tubing for bathroom interior vents were not connected to exterior vents in the roof, but instead were simply draped over the rafters in the attic and their open ends pointing back down at the house/ceiling. This caused water damage in the ceiling around their respective interior vents due to condensation developing in the winter of cold air in attic but warm air emitting through them from the interior of house. Additionally there was a vent installed at some point which was too low on roof and was not serving its valuable purpose. We inherited Pyramid from prior Seller who used them several years ago from isolated roof damage caused by a tornado in the area. Once I found out it was Pyramid, I contacted them to explain these issues, and the problems the issues were causing for us, in pursuit of solutions. After several phone calls with Dave and Jaymie working through the details initially, and a final call with Jaymie and Mike Mills; the empathy and compassion, willingness and commitment Mike expressed to help us so generously left me in tears of joy and relief. We’ve so desparately needed a “break” from someone along the way through it all, during times when others are taking advantage of and increasing pricing far more than justifiable. Javier Prieto and his partner arrived this Monday, and jumped right in once I showed them the exact areas needing resolution. I have to admit I was apprehensive. Especially with the roof vent that needed moving, and the hole that would be left behind from it. Once they were finished with it all, I went back up into attic to assess everything. I was absolutely amazed that the temperature difference in the attic was so noticeable from relocating that vent – it had to have dropped 10 degrees; and they chose to put the bathroom tubing vents on the back of the house so they were not visible from the street – which I did not know was even an option; that attention to detail and taking the initiative to implement it left me in awe. The existing hole from relocating the 1 vent was closed with a new piece of circular plywood which was cut *perfectly* to fill the original hole. I feel in writing this that I simply cannot find the words to do justice in expressing the relief, and gratitude I feel to Mike and Pyramid team!!

$7,500 for roof removal and install. All rotten wood was supposed to be completely removed and replaced. I was told there was nothing rotted. Completely lied!!

Recently had new windows put in my house and i am able to tell a huge difference! The windows looks great and our energy efficient!

Pyramid did an excellent job from start to finish. Jason was there for us during the entire process. The project went exactly as promised—-on time and budget. We have a large and complex roof. A few minor issues were handled immediately and professionally. We would definitely recommend Pyramid for roof and gutter projects.

Storm damaged house and garage from March hail storm. Called Mike F as a reference from a coworker and told him our concerns. Mike handled every aspect of this project as requested and overall we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. The siding project was our biggest fear as previous experience with another project was a night mare. Mike assigned Oscar L to handle the siding and trim wrap to our house and again, we could not be happier. Oscars attention to detail was impressive to say the least. Thank you!

Joe Shanks and Pryamid Roofing performed flawlessly. In any sales agreement, one has to have the fear removed and the trust instilled in a sales relationship. Given the May 2019 SW Omaha hailstorm, I knew there were many local companies to work with and I know the insurance carrier had "their company" to work with. I did the proper thing and had the insurance recommended company come out and conduct a roof inspection and estimate was also provided. The rep started saying he would place a sign in the yard and this would be equal to our deductible. I thought to myself really, knowing how high our deductible was. I let him do his thing after all he was representing the insurance carrier. I wasn't extremely confident in this person and his company, and he was the owner! Then, I had Joe Shanks from Pyramid Roofing come over and he never talked deductible, he did his audit as well and wanted to sit down and talk about why Pyramid Roofing is the #1 Choice of Omaha. He reviewed the materials, staff, pre-work and post work followup. When he provided his estimate he worked with our insurance carrier to ensure every aspect of the roof was reviewed with the insurance adjuster, nothing went unchecked. The work crew was very organized and cleaned up everything, all nails in the yard and the driveway and walkway and the flower beds as well. Nothing was left in the yard. The next day Joe came by to ensure everything was completed and that we were thoroughly satisfied. Joe even wanted to say that if there was any concerns or issues to call him and he will have it resolved immediately. Roofing companies come and go, just as the storms come and go, but Pyramid Roofing answered the call and backed up the reason why they are Omaha's Number 1 Roofing company. I highly recommend Pyramid Roofing.

Mike was very thorough in his explanations and gave us a discount for a delayed work order. Great work done! One negative point though was that communication was slow between us and the salesman; although when we contacted the main office, they had our request taken care of the same day! I can understand that the salesmen/contractors are busy and probably not the best go-to for information day to day.

Nick S and Pyramid were great to work with! This was my first time doing any updates to my home of this nature, so I had no idea what the process was. Nick S did all work with my insurance company and made it super easy on my end. He let me know about all of the options for my roof an gutters to make my home stand out from my neighbors. It looks like a totally different home now! Nick S and Pyramid were great to work with and if I ever need their services again, I will not hesitate to hire them again!

Pyramid Roofing was absolutely excellent. They installed a completely new roof on our home four years ago. They replaced all the air vents on the roof at that time. We put our home several weeks ago. The buyers sent their housing inspector to our home and he ruled that our structure needed two more air vents. Pyramid Roofing did not owe us two more air vents, as those air vents were not present when they stripped our roof to the rafters and gave us a new roof from the bottom up. But after my wife called and discussed the situation, Pyramid Roofing staff reviewed our warranty and told us that they could add the two additional roof air vents at no extra charge. It felt like a miracle! If we wanted to close the deal to buy our house, we would have had to pay for those additional air vents, whether we wanted to or not. When Pyramid Roofing takes responsibility for your roofing needs, it doesn't end when they're done and have cleaned up the place. They told us that had they knew we needed two more air vents (we already had four air vents on the roof, as do most of our neighbors), they would have gladly added the additional two vents as part of the new roof. What was great is that even though it was four years later, they still took the position that they should cover the installment of two more air vents. This is what you get when you deal with a FIRST CLASS business. They don't nickel and dime you. They don't sweat the small stuff. You are a valued customer and they are going be looking after your roof for years to come. Pyramid Roofing didn't just save us some additional expenditures. They proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that we picked the best roofing company in Omaha to handle our needs. You can trust these people, not only to give you first rate service and outstanding work completion, but to continue to watch your roofing "back" for years to come. We cannot recommend Pyramid Roofing Company too highly. Those two vents could have cost about $600 for two vents and installation costs,

PLEASE SEE PHOTOS: In the spring I had roofing supplies dropped on my driveway for replacement. The pallet of roofing materials sat there summer, fall and then in late November I was contacted that they would be able to replace roof and gutters. The old roof was removed when an intoxicated worker feel foot first from the roof into my upstairs ceiling causing a large hole...not once but twice. I was unable to communicate with the workers as they did not speak English. Roof was done and gutters installed but snow arrived and I was unable to inspect it. Large amount of the old roof debris was left undisposed of...on the side of the front of my property. In December my main sewer was blocked and a plumber was promptly called...the plumber had pulled out large wooden shake from the old roof in the main sewer drain...the wood shake was from the main vent stack when the roofing work was done. No real communication was done except that they acknowledged the holes in the ceiling. Underneath all of the soffits around the entire house have extensive damage (wood splitting and paint loss) due to too long of staples and old roofing nails hammered through. The gutters were not hung properly and do not slope as they should to allow drainage. There is a large exposed seam from the roof and the siding. Decking was was not completely covered in areas. The damage that was done to my property by the work that was done far exceeded the initial hail damage. This is not a "fly by night" company and locally owned but they have refused to give me the company sub contractors that did this work, which led me to believe that they may use those to sub contract. If you have had work done this company in the last 5 years I would strongly advise you to have an expert inspect the work that was done. Do not use this company if you are expecting quality work done right from the beginning to the end. LOOK AT THE PICTURES THEY ARE WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS! Update 5/24 Just found out that this contractor never pulled a permit for the removal and replacement of my roof and gutters!

Things went just like the representative covered with me beforehand. I knew what to expect, and the job was done right and on time. Good combination of customer service and workmanship.

Would hire for new roof again. Seemed like very good quality and was on the lower end of cost after getting 4 estimates.

I'd advise you to look anywhere else besides Pyramid if you need roofing work. Every day or two for next couple weeks, their salesman called and e-mailed me asking when we could sign a contract. After meeting with him and hearing a very well rehearsed and "too good to be true" sales pitch, we signed a contract and handed over a large check. I asked when the roof would be done and the sales guy said we'd hear from someone in a couple days and we'd be scheduled and done in two weeks. Our check was cashed two days later, but we never heard from the sales guy or anyone in their scheduling or insurance offices ever again. We called repeatedly and were told, "We'll have someone call you tomorrow." Six weeks later, we were told that they couldn't get shingles. They signed more contracts than they could handle, knowing they couldn't get supplies or crews to do the work. I brought that point up to one of their upper management and they didn't do anything other than state, "That's just how it is." By that point it was mid-October and we asked them to cancel the contract or be held in breech. They did and we had the roof replaced in less than two weeks by a much more competent roofer.

Very well, nails were not picked up upon completion. Support separators not included in the patio replacement roofing.

Horrible. They would start job then disappear for 1-2 weeks. I was left with boards with nails all over my yard. Yard was a hazard for my dog and kids. Then a new group would show up. Way overpriced. I kept telling them the end caps on my gutters weren't right. They kept blowing me off. My dad x husband had a seamless gutter business so I know about gutters. 5 months later I finally got Don out to look. And he agreed. It was horrible. I've neb r had such poor workmanship, communication or professionalism on anything in my life. My neighbors were blow away by their poor performance.
