Very smooth process. Dan is great! Very friendly and full of good advice. Communication on the installation time was good. Roof and new gutters/downspouts look wonderful. Pyramid installation team did a good job of cleaning up the mess. We have found a few nails in the yard, but not many...and I think that can be expected. Very satisfied with the overall process.

Finished in one day and came back the next day to make sure site was cleaned up.

The work went very well. They were very professional and installed the roof and gutters on time and when they said they would. There were some delays in finalizing the window wrap and installing a roof vent but they were very busy during the recent storm with other work. The roof was installed in one day with the crew working from early morning (6:30 am) until 7:00 pm and they did a good job on clean-up. Doug Jennings, the job coordinator, was very good to work with and handled all my questions to my satisfaction.

It was a great experience. They were knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job. Their estimator listened to my concerns.

Pyramid arrived for the bid when they said they would. Once we finalized they started in a week. They finished almost everything in a day. We found just one nail. Great job cleaning up. I would definitely use them again.

They were wonderful as well and I had a good experience with them as well. They were rated number one in Omaha, which was a factor. I would use them again.

Mark McCoy came out and gave us an estimate. He was very courteous and professional, I hired him right away. I had already gotten estimates with two other reputable companies. Mark came out with the crew as soon as the weather permitted due to the fact that we had a leak from the hail damage. He stayed on the job and made sure we were getting what we had agreed upon. The crew was courteous, clean and picked up after themselves. They did not leave a mess. Mark came back when the work was complete to settle up on the job and make sure we were happy with the job, the new shingles and the new gutters. I highly recommend this company and Mark McCoy as the project manager.

They came out quickly to give us an estimate We needed to choose a date for the repair due to travel issues & agreed on a mutually acceptable date. Work materials were delivered the Friday before. The dumpster arrived just prior to the workmen and work started and was completed in 1 long day. workers were friendly and cleaned up afterwards We live in a town house so they also did my neighbors side at the same time. I would definitely have them do work again.

Very professional work. Can't tell were the work was done. Got it fixed in one day. Looks great. They figured out what was causing the problem and fixed the gutter as well.

My parents recommended Pyramid after they reroofed and reguttered their house. Initially, things went well until they failed to show up to do the job. A week or so after the expected start date I left a message asking if they were still interested in the job. Without a response, a couple of shirtless drop-outs showed up two days later with some directions scribbled on scrap paper. Luckily, my wife was home and able to contact me so I could direct them as to what needed to be done. Still, they had to be called back because they failed to put in a downspout as we had agreed. They also ran a hinged 8 foot length of gutter as a kick-out across the front of my shed. Now, every time I have to get in my shed I have to lift it up and out of the way. I plan on finding a new solution myself. The people at Pyramid were very nice, but this was a small job and I ended up feeling like a small customer. Unfortunately, we still haven't had a decent rain, so I don't know if these changes they recommended actually keep my gutter from overflowing.

It went well. This was right after a major storm so Pyramid was really busy at the time but they got the job done in a timely manner.

I wish he just would have told me honestly that they weren't interested in the job in the first place.

September 13th ? Mike came out and went over the process with me, making everything clear to understand. After drawing up the game plan ? his crew, headed up by Nino, came out to do the work on September 21st. It was evident that Nino and crew are well-versed in their profession as the entire team worked diligently like a well-oiled machine. Their professional and ?get-it-done? attitude enabled them to complete the job, seamlessly, in one day. The clean-up process after the work was amazing and more than expected. Summing up ? the outstanding coordination efforts by Mike along with professional work ethics by Nino and crew make Pyramid Roofing a company I will go back to ? time and time again. These folks really rock! Totally recommend!

My experience with this firm was a cluster from the start. They contacted me from my Angie's List request right away but the rep they sent was inept which created the opinion I have of them but when given a chance to follow through and make things right, the company just verified that that initial reps attitude is a company culture that they all follow. Early in March of 2012, they bid my roofing job and I selected them from three other vendors based on the reps willingness to work with me to make the roof job revenue neutral. He offered to install a high quality laminate architectural shingle, work with my insurance company to assure they reimbursed the value of the work Pyramid would do and he also offered to cover my deductible if I would agree to posting a sign in my yard following the work completion as advertising. This all seemed fair and I agreed to do business with them verbally if he could follow-through with the promises made. Weeks went by, I called, emails and used the available contact points to connect with him. I wasn't until early in June when I wrote a letter to the owner complaining about the rep and insisting that someone else call me that I received a call from another rep who stopped by and reviewed the circumstances in order to re-secure my confidence. At about this same time, the previous rep had apparently made a call to my insurance company and additional dollars were allowed based on his effort. The second rep stopped in one day and in about 3 minutes had me sign an agreement committing to the things Pyramid had agreed to do. This second rep seemed more responsive and straight in the way he was trying to regain my confidence so under the assumption that we would complete all that the first rep had committed to, I signed the agreement and the work was scheduled. The work completed was efficient and fast and seemed to be the materials I had expected. All was going well until I received the bill. Not only had they not honored the Angie's List discount they offered but they had also not honored the deductible arrangement or provided a sign for me to post in my yard. So by letter, I paid the amount already provided by my insurance company, requested that the Angie's List discount and the offered arrangement to cover my deductible through the use of an advertising arrangement be applied and I would pay the small balance remaining. Their office manager, who also seems to have a common cultural attitude, wrote back applying the Angie's List discount but denied the deductible arrangement on the basis that they had no obligation to follow through with what the previous rep might have promised. This company has had a history of difficulties available to read on inter-net posts in the past and this attitude that they are not responsible for an inept representative that acted on their behalf seems constant with that history. I have paid them in full but will be sure to make my family, friends and acquaintances aware that they are not to be trusted to follow through with promises made.

He is prompt and very nice. They cleaned up well after each time. I would recommend him.

They have good customer service, high quality of work and did a good job cleaning up. There were a couple of things my husband noticed and they came right out to correct the problems. In terms of pricing, I thought they were reasonable.

Pyramid has done an outstanding job in all aspects of work. The owner and his assistants have been very straighforward in their dealings with me and they have delivered on everything as proposed. The price was reasonable, the crews were on time, efficient, and cleaned grounds well after the job completion. All our homeowners were very satisfied and pleased with their work. The communications were also excellent between me and supervisor on our job. I always knew their schedule and if rain was forecast, they called and set another date. We have remaining homes to reroof and Pyramid Roofing wil be our first choice to do the work.

The experience was great. Their price was competitive. The technicians were incredibly professional and did the work on time. They cleaned up very well afterwards. The only downside during the process was when they were tearing my shingles off. They had a dumpster parked in my driveway to throw the shingles away. I couldn’t get any of my cars out. They were there for 2 days, and I asked them to come out to move it over so I could at least get one of my cars out. They said they would, but I had to wait 24 hours for them to do that. But overall, they were really a joy to work. I’d definitely recommend them to others.

Contacted company, they came out when they said they would for an estimate, they went up with insurance company when State Farm came out, Pyramid pointed out some minor things State Farm missed so they would be covered. About two weeks later shingles came, 4 days later they were installed. Menards wanted to deliver the shingles and supplies to the curb, but Pyramid got that straightened out. Only slight negative, was they did not cover the Air Conditioner. got to 90 degrees that day, about 5:00PM my wife turned on the air, it sounded like bullets ricocheting. Tuned everything off, picked up 3-4 nails that were still sitting on the grill of the air conditioner. went up on the wood deck above the unit picked up 15 more nails down in the cracks, ready to fall through. no on hurt, so far nothing broken, Air conditioner working.

They were really good as far as the person that came out and talked to me about it and got it all straightened out. He was very responsive and on time. Overall, I am very happy with it. I don't have any negative things. My chimney was falling apart, but it was not their job to tell me about that. They did say that I needed to look at the chimney. Overall, I was very very happy with them. I would use them again. Their price was good and competitive. Their responsiveness and punctuality were good.

They did the work in 3/4 of a day, and were prompt, professional, helpfully answered questions I asked, and cleaned up efficiently. Additionally, Jon responded promptly when I called about a recurrence of the leak at the end of May. Although not sure it was the roof, he caulked some additional roof seams to make sure--no additional charge. I plan to call on Pyramid for future roofing needs.

Every meeting has been punctual and informative, every phone call or email has been returned. When our Claims Specialist hurt his back, he contacted me to explain the delay in getting a document to me and kept me updated through the process.

The estimator was knowledgeable and provided a prompt and fair estimate. The work was done in a few days. This was a dirty job with lots of material to tear off. The crew was prompt and professional. They did an excellent work. They did a thorough job of cleaning up. I was pleased with the work and the clean up. I would use them again.
