Pyramid Roofing

Took a while but since so many were damage in the May 2016 hail storm it was understandable that most of the subcontractors would be tied up. Finished in November

What they did was good, but we to reduced on the work we had agreed on at the beginning. We had to call them back and have them clean up after themselves.

See above . Very disappointed . I did my research and chose this co off Angie's list and am grateful no money spent and nothing signed . Poor poor communication. CNt imagine their workmanship .

Roof was damaged by hail. Received insurance money to remove and replace roof. Pyramid came out and removed and replaced the shingles in a full day's work, with shingles of my choice. Following the replacement, there were a couple leaks that were found. Pyramid came out to fix one of them. However, their responsiveness of coming back out for fixing leaks left a lot to be desired. Pyramid stated they would come out to fix the roof and repair the drywall ceiling that was damaged by the leak but after several phone calls, nothing was scheduled, and I've since given up.

A home inspector found and photographed damaged shingles at peak of our roof. We called two other companies but the job was two small. for them. Pyramid Roofing agreed to do it. We emailed them the photo of the damage and told them we had extra shingles they could use. They sent out a couple of estimators who quoted $150. Within a week two roofing workers fixed the roof using extra shingles we had. Overall this was a very reasonable price.

Greg was very prompt and attentive in his initial meeting with us. He came back twice to update the bid as I added new items to be included. The work started on a Saturday morning and the workers put in very long days to complete the job by Tuesday night. I was impressed with the quality of work and the effort to please. Everything was first rate. They cleaned up the site when they left. The building is first rate and I am proud to own it.

Sean came out on a Saturday and gave us estimates on a range of options including different products and changes we could make. He gave us a written estimate and time to think it over. When we called to schedule the service it was very easy and he had workers out at the house a few days later. They took down and replaced the whole gutter system and made some changes to help it drain more efficiently. In all they had everything down and replaced in a few hours, cleaned up and took away all of the old gutters and hardware they replaced. The new gutters are great. They are much better quality and the installation they did has the roof and yard draining much better. It's not leaf season yet, but the leaf guards are doing a great job keeping the maple seeds out. We would definitely consider using them for other services.

For roofing we ended up using Pyramid. We were in a condo and so it was a smaller roof and I want to say that the cost was like 7000 and our insurance covered it. Once we finally got them here, they did a good quality job but I think it was probably because of the timing that they didn't respond as quickly as possible. That was the only complaints I had about them.

Contacted Pyramid because I heard them on the radio. One person came out and looked at the house. I need a new roof, vinyl siding, and windows. He sent a window person out to take measurements. I then called and put a pause on the project for 2 weeks. I called Pyramid back and left 3 different messages on 3 occasions and have heard nothing since. I called the window contact and he said he called Pyramid and still I heard nothing. I was frustrated with their lack of professionalism and would not trust them with doing repairs to my house.

Hard to call them a service provider when they refuse to offer those services to willing clients.

I waited at home for the hour-long window given me by Pyramid Roofing. No show. If they aren't coming, they should have the courtesy to call. I have no respect for companies that waste my time.

We don't have prices yet for the roof, but I already know this is the company for us! We just purchased an older house and were told it would soon need a roof and gutters. I had heard of Pyramid and they had good ratings on Angie's so gave them a call! The gentleman who came out was professional, personable and honest! He explained our gutters are just fine with the exception of one area. He said they will fix that one spot for free. He could have easily talked us into gutters but did not! He explained why our current roof has issues then talked about their product. Honesty and good customer service are so rare anymore. We will be using this company!

Greg came out on the 29th of May was on time and went right to work. We went over again on where the new turbines will go, then he went right to work. He did a great job and I would use Pyramid roofing again. He replaced the old turbine and put in the new ones without any problems. He did inform me that there was a small board from the roof that feel into the attic (some contractors would not have mentioned something like this) and when I looked in the attic it was not worth disturbing the new insulation to get it so I just left it there. I thanked Greg for letting me know, Greg takes great pride in his work and it shows. No wonder that Pyramid has won best roofers in Omaha for the last three years, with contractors like Greg they deserve it.

It was great. What they went above and beyond with was having a consultant that I could talk to at any time. I would recommend how thorough and easy it was. I had several bids and they were right in line.

Greg from Pyramid was very nice and told me where he thought water was coming in from and the plan to fix it. After the repair was done I got up on the roof because i wanted to see the work and he explained everything and showed me what was done. The repair consisted of tearing off some old shingles, putting down an under lament, putting new shingles down and then caulking everything including my big tall vent pipe on the roof that was actually loose. I felt the price was fair and the work is good. The only down fall is it took a couple days to get called back to get my estimate setup.

Very responsive. Hail damage to the roof and gutters. Took time to explain the process well and the pros and cons of different roofing options. It did take longer for the work to start than anticipated, but they did a nice job of staying in contact with us. Once the work started, all went well and they did an excellent job of cleaning up. Highly recommended.

I called and with in 1 day had call from mike, the job manager. He came out with in days and in 1 week they started the project. It went very smoothly. Everyone was extremely nice. I noticed some tar marks on the house after the job was complete and mike sent a team out and they cleaned every mark. Mike was so nice to work with!

Ramiro gave me a fair estimate and was ready to go to work the next week. He was very professional and had experience of working with insurance companies. The crew was polite and hard working. They did a great job of cleaning up the property. I'm sure if I have any concerns Ramiro would make himself available immediately to address them. I would recommend this company.

This whole ordeal started back in late March 2013 after the hail storm I was able to get the roof and gutters on the house in pretty short order (8 days from estimate) but while they were assessing the house, they discovered additional storm damage that the insurance company missed. While that was great, that is where the good ends. Since then it has been nothing but frustration. I had to call them weekly to get status updates and it wasn't until I called and complained (after calling every week for 3-4 weeks) did my shed get done. However, that is not where this story ends. There were some shutters on the house that never got replaced. I called them every week for 3 Months only to never had a phone call returned. I even wrote thier main office and all they could tell me was to work with the guy that won't return my calls. I still have yet to get my shutters fixed but I have given up on this company coming through after trying to get them to come back out for 4 months. Long story short: When they show-up the craftsmanship is great but trying to get all of the little items buttoned up has been the worse experience ever.

They did a great job. Frankie was the overall contact. He addressed all of our concerns. The roof was on in 2.5 days. The original wood shingle roof had been in place 17 years with no leaks. The roof had to be replaced due to hale damage. The work crews were very professional. We could call Frankie anytime, night or day. This was one of the best experiences we had with a contractor.

Due to the fact that we have a combined flat (rubber membrane) and slanted (shingled) roof, we had some specific issues that needed addressing. It seemed at first that Pyramid was not willing to incorporate our requests into their agreement. However, after some back and forth, they did agree to those requests. During the back and forth negotiations and throughout the entire project their employees were friendly and professional. Once the agreement was signed they were out here within a week. They completed the job in one day and , though, the area around our house was a challenge, they did a very good clean-up job. The roof has not been on long but we are pleased with the results so far.

They were very fast. They were very helpful and gave information. They didn't pressure us. We have been trying to call them to give them our payment.

We had a real struggle with our insurance company, but Pyramid stuck by us and didn't give up. Due to their efforts we were able to get everything taken care of. It took weeks of pressure and insistant communication with our insurance company, but this didn't have any effect on our experience with Pyramid. They were 100% awesome and stayed in contact with me the entire time. They were easy to reach and were quick to do anything I requested. I expected to have a great experience, based on the reviews I had seen on here, but did not expect them to go as far above and beyond as they did. My roof is now repaired, and we are just waiting on some internal repaires caused by the damanage, but they still continue to stay in touch with me and keep me posted.

The work turned out well but their management is terrible. The person who came out to give thee quote gave us a quote for the roof and said that they were willing to take care of another unrelated problem. He then gave us the quote and my insurance adjuster and I agreed to it. When we had the work done, the foreman who came out asked me to write out two checks to a company called Lakota Green for a total of $2700; $2000 for the roof and $700 for the other work. After I wrote the check for both the $2000 and $700, Pyramid Roofing tried to bill me again for the $700.
