Pyramid Roofing Inc. is a roofing, siding and window contractor serving residential and commercial customers in the greater Omaha, NE, and Sarpy County area. We specialize in re-roofs, asphalt shingles and cedar shakes on all types of residential and commercial buildings. Response from Pyramid Roofing
Pyramid Roofing has been out to the property several times. We have advised this customer that their chimney needs tuckpointing/masonry work done to it. To date, the customer has not addressed the masonry issues with their chimney. Instead, they insisted that we did not re-flash the chimney correctly. The customer disagrees with our assessment; however, we believe that the repair was made correctly. Although we feel that our work was done correctly, and that the leaks are the result of the masonry issues of the chimney, Pyramid Roofing has agreed to refund the customer the full amount charged for the repair made and has advised the customer to seek out another contractor.
