Hired this company to do pest removal at my elderly mothers home. They showed up on a Friday and stated that he would have to return with a helper. Never returned. I contacted him on Monday and was told he would be out at 3pm. No call, no show. Please don't waste your time with this company.

I went to Angis list and asked for a pest control. This company called right away and said he could come out in the next hour or so. The problem we had was at my 93-year-old Mother's home. He came in and checked it out and put up a few boxes with some stuff to catch the bugs. That was on a Saturday. It took maybe 20 minutes and we gave him 125.00 cash. He said he was going to be out of town but Brandon will come on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. to check the boxes. At 9;50 I texted him to make sure that he was going to come. He got to the house at 11:50. Not very good customer service. All Brandon did was put new little houses up the same kind you can buy at the store. I texted Cameron Moore and told him what Brandon did and asked him what the next step is, he said he would be out on Wednesday to check the boxes out and then tell us what the next step he will do. He NEVER showed up on Wednesday, didn't call or text. Again, terrible customer service. I feel like we were kind of scammed. My mom does not have money to waste like that . I just want people to be aware of this company.
