I called Premier Exteriors in early November and I spoke to Ron who came out to give me a price on roof repair. He promised to do the work the next day, on a Friday. He was a no show and I called at 4:00 p.m. and he told me he was just too busy and would come out either Saturday or Sunday. He did not show up. I would not use this company for anything. The entire time Ron Seward was out to inspect my roof all he wanted to do was talk about his new girl friend from New Jersey. If you get on the internet you will also find a lot of complaints about this company. There are plenty of roofers who are honest and reliable. I could not recommend anyone to use this company. I forgot that he did caulk a small hole in the roof but he did not have a caulking gun with him so he just squeezed the caulk out with his hands and the new roofer that i hired said that he made a mess with it. Don't let these people touch your roof.

Called contractor after my home sustained significant damage after a hail storm. I specifically choose them from the reviews on AngiesList and that they did most of the services I needed. I only wanted to deal with one contractor and get all the work I needed done through them. The sales guy that we got had TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION habits. The first visit communications was ok. He came out and walked around the house with me as I pointed out all of the things I knew needed to be repaired. He never indicated that some of the work they would not do. They didn't give an estimate as they agree to do the work for whatever the insurance company will cover. However, as we went through the process the only time I would hear from him was if HE needed something from me. I would email, No Response. I would call and he wouldn't answer but would usually call back. We sometimes went weeks with no word from him on what was happening or when we would hear from them again. Then we had contractors show up at 7:00 AM ringing our door bell with NO NOTICE that they were coming that day. After we got estimate from the insurance company and I had signed agreement to work with them I was informed that they would NOT HANDLE the replacement of a window, repair of the window screens and the replacement of the vinyl railing on front steps. I would have call someone else to get that work done. When I confronted the sale guy about this lack of communication and my dissatisfaction all I got was excuses. I finally called and left a message of my dissatisfaction for the owner of the company. He called back 2-3 days later. He was apologetic and he said they COULD handle the window, screens and railings. A week or so later after another communication issue with our sales guy I sent an email to him and copied the owner. A few hours later I got an email from another sales guy saying he would be taking over the job and he wanted to come out to meet with me on what was left to be done. He came out we reviewed the job and he said he would get it all (including the things I was previously told they would not do) taken care of. He took the window screens to have them fixed. The next day the original sales guy called and had no knowledge of the new guy and insisted this was his job and he was staying on it. More lack of communication within the company. They did get the screens fixed but I still had to get different contractors to do the railings and window replacements. The last issue was that I was asked for copies of the insurance paper work. So I scanned the original estimate and all subsequent paper work (every time there was a change) and emailed them to my sales guy. When I would talk to him a few days after emailing a set he would act like he didn't get them. Then we it came time to settle up (which happened with the owner and not the sales guy - I suspect because he had moved on to work jobs in Colorado since the last few calls from him came from a colorado number - so much for dealing with a local company) the owner did not have any copies of this paperwork and still only had the original estimate as to the amount. He had to come to my house and review my paperwork to determine the settlement amount. I have to say that the quality of the work they did was good and each crew cleaned up pretty well. UPDATE 12/3: I have had two conversations with the General Manager regarding this review. He seemed genuinely sorry for my experience and I believe he wanted to do whatever he could to remedy the situation. However, he admitted to knowing of my dissatisfaction and said they relied on the sales guy for telling them if my situation was resolved or not. The sales guy told them everything was good and I was satisfied. I don't know what to say . . .

Ron was working in the neighborhood on another house. He had not been living in the Omaha area for long. I was cutting down a trunk of a tree that had died, and Ron stopped over to help me. He was a roofer representing a different company at the time. He began talking to me about our roof, was very knowledgeable, and his reaching out to help with the tree as a way to earn my business was impressive. I asked who he represented, and said I would check them out. When they checked our poorly, Ron came back the next week as we had arranged, said that he too had checked out the company, and he decided to go work for another company that turned out to be Premier Exteriors. The numerous A ratings were impressive, but to be on the safe side, I called Premier and was told that Ron did indeed now work for Premier and that Premier would back up his work. We began the process of having Ron inspect the hail damage to our roof and start the insurance and quoting process to get things fixed up. Then things started to go downhill. Ron returned, said he had been offered a managerial job back in his home state, and brought Brandon over to finish up the roofing job with us. Brandon seemed a bit standoffish, but we were not too concerned about that. Ron and Brandon appeared together. As we informed them of the color and type of shingles we were after, the brand they were pushing did not have what we wanted. Ron suggested that we look at a different line. Brandon, on the other hand, did not want to go outside of a certain line, apparently because that was preferred by Premier. I wish I had a tape recorder going at that point. When we expressed our feelings that the Duration shingles did not meet our color needs, Brandon said "it takes all kinds." It is never appropriate to insult the customer. Anyway, at that point, we decided we did not want to work with Brandon or Premier. When we spoke with Premier later, they apologized and told us that Brandon no longer works for Premier, yet Brandon called back a week or so later and presented himself as still working for Premier and trying to see what he could do to earn our business back, even suggesting that we could go with the line of shingles we wanted. By that time, we had selected a different roofer for the job. As if that was not enough, two additional contractors representing Premier Exteriors stopped by and tried their own sales pitch for our roof. We already had a contract at the time with the other roofer, but the work had not yet been done at that point. It was like the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing as far as Premier was concerned. I think the biggest takeaway for Premier on this one is that they need to to a better job in their hiring processes, because you do not get a second chance to make a first impression. It sounds like other people have had good experiences with them, but after this, I would never recommend Premier Exteriors to anyone.

Great! All work was as promised. Our neighborhood had major hail damage in April 2013. We were able to observe many other roofing companies work. We were very pleased with the number in the crew and the work accomplished! Ours was a big job but done in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately!!

Matt Callahan was a very responsive sales representative and assured each of the pieces were completed. I was impressed with the quality of the roofing. The new gutters were well crafted and well done, better than I have seen at many places. The company was good at cleaning up the mess and left everything neat. They certainly delivered. As there were many roofing jobs being done in the area due to the storm, this company demonstrated credibility and ethics, unlike some of the horror stories I heard about from renegade roofers in the area.

They were professional and courteous. They spent a lot of time and energy with my insurance company, who initially did not assess thoroughly and ended up paying more after intervention from Premier.

They were very slow to respond. Never kept us up to date on when they would perform the work - they would just show up without letting us know - despite the fact that we repeatedly asked for atleast 24 hrs notice - the roofers arrived and removed the old shingles, then napped in the yard for 4 hours because they didn't have the supplies they needed - very disappointed

the leak was fixed at no cost -- even though it was caused by a different company.

It went very well. The crew was very professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well. They even stayed late last night to make sure we had coverage-rain was expected. It did rain and we did not get a drop anywhere inside our house.

poor workmenship, didn't replace flashing, etc. But have leak in roof next to small raised - which stand 1 feet high, crap of a patch. many phone calls, they didn't show up when promised.

He did a great job, and quite quickly. He brought the correct equipment and tools and gave us excellent feedback about what he found. The roof did not need any active repair or replacement. We appreciated the honest feedback, when many roofers would have made sure some work needed to be done. Our roof is almost 11 years old, so he could have easily convinced us that work needed doing.

Very well. There was a minor snag with the color of the ridge caps provided as the supplier sent the wrong color but was quickly rectified and the work professionally completed.

Bellevue had hail storm 6/28 Ron Steward came out he was very professional and followed through with everything always ask for Ron he is great. Thanks for everything sisters

Matt and his team were very professional and did an excellent job replacing my roof. Everything went very smoothly - from the estimate to the follow up visit. The roof looks great. The roofers were very courteous. The job was done as Matt promised it would be. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Jim explained what they would do and when the crew arrived, they completed the work with little disruption. Tear off was careful to get all waste in the trailer and where not possible, they laid tarps down to make clean up easier. When tearing off the shingles they realized they needed decking which was not originally ordered. They took pictures to provide to the insurance and rushed to get the decking. They started at 2:p.m worked through until dark and if they had not ran out of shingles in our color they would have finished that night. . It was not only our house they were doing, the crew was large enough to do both ours and the neighbors who had the same contractor. We were amazed to find that they had spray painted our furnace stacks the same color as our shingles. they arrived back the next day and finished our shingles and did final clean up. Crew was very polite and worked extremely fast and efficient. other than the unexpected need for decking which we were told was needed to be up to code, everything went as we were told and even better than expected.

I called on 8/5 and spoke to one of the persons who said he would be coming out to do the work. He said he would call me right back to schedule. Never heard from him. I called again on 8/9. I was then told, again, that they would call back by 8/12 to schedule. Again, no callback. I would never recommend them. And yes, I would tell everyone about my poor experience if asked about them. UPDATE as of 8/19: Upon reading review on this site, provider called to rectify situation. Was asked if owner could come out 8/20. Appointment was made. On 8/19, Chris called, discussed siding needs, obtained panel from the house to match siding, obtained additional siding, and came over to replace needed siding. He came over about 7:30pm and he and Zack stayed until they finished. Chris and Zach did a great job and appreciate their having taken care of things. I wish it hadn't of been a bad review that prompted action by the owner. However, I am very pleased that the owner wanted to immediately correct situation. Chris was definitely the right person to come in and take care of things. I would most definitely recommend Chris for all future needs.

Overall very good service. Crews showed up on time and were quick in their work. Issues were primarily related to delays in supplies and not keeping customer informed of status of work. Roofers ran out of material at end of first day and supplies showed up in afternoon of second day (Friday) but crew was not available. Roofers showed up on Monday morning but left without doing any work or explaining why. Different crew arrived two days later and continued the job but again ran out of material. Two days later crew showed up and completed the job. No issue with gutter installation. It was quick and efficient. Company was quick to respond to calls regarding the issue.

Never returned phone calls.

Premier Exteriors first inspected my roof and then dealt with the insurance company. Patrick Newton worked every step of the way with me, his crew was very efficient, courteous and did a great job complete with clean up.

I thought he was wonderful. My sister, who owns home, chose to pursue different course. If it had been my choice I'd have chosen this co.

They handled all of the scheduling including ordering of all the materials, showed up on time, did the work within the estimated time frame and it all looks great!.

The work had to be done right before deadline and they got it done. They were petty cheaper and did a nice job. They have a follow up that they had to do but it was a minor thing.

A hail storm recently hit Omaha. Premier was recommended to my husband and me by a coworker. It was a great experience. The bidding process and, most importantly, the work itself was handled efficiently and professionally. The work crew was polite, and they cleaned up once the job was done. Premier also helped us work out the estimate with our insurance company, which we appreciated. Our new roof looks really great. Our neighbors were impressed with how fast the work was completed, and they like the new color of our roof.

I have briefly spoken to them and decided to go another way. Since then I have gotten multiple calls daily. they are using an incompetent outbound call center that is overdialing so that every time I answer, there is no one there. The one time there was someone there, I told them to stop calling. They have not. Today I called the office and told them if they did not stop calling, I would contact the police and FTC for phone harassment. What every you do, do not give this company your phone number.

Before any work was done we paid them for all the chimney work and supplies. They sub contracted the chimney work and we had a great experience with the chimney work contractor. However, they did not pay the contractor on time, or provide them with money for materials. We had to do this from our own pocket. Once the chimney work was completed Premier Exteriors would not pay the contractor his final fee so we had to fund it as well. After the work on the chimney they, Premier Exteriors, were to have started the siding job immediately even though the chimney contractor was only using one side of the house. We were given the run around for over 2 months with no work ever started. After repeated calls, emails, and visits to the office over a three month period, we actually were able to receive our original deposit back from them and have since had a new contractor (Midwest Siding <----- Awesome Company!!!) replace our siding and it will be painted tomorrow weather willing. We also heard from Premier Exteriors that the person directly responsible and who we had originally started the process with has been kicked from the payroll. Hopefully further interactions with the company from other people will lead to good experiences now that this change has been made. I did not have much of a problem once I stopped having to deal with that individual. I would probably give them another chance if I ever need this type of work again, now that they made the change. The price and quality are rated for the chimney work that was completed. The responsiveness and punctuality is the rating for the contractor from Premier Exteriors I originally worked with and had to fight with for everything.
