Within 48 hours of calling Premier Exteriors, Jim was at my house gathering information for an estimate. The estimate was provided within 24 hours compared to the promised 48 hours! the windows had to be custom ordered which took 3 weeks. At the 3 week mark, the Contractors (Andrew & Matt) were at my house removing trim, gutters and setting up. The whole job went smooth. The Contractors kept us posted on what to expect and regularly asked if we had questions or concerns. Every corner, every seam looks perfect. The attention to detail was incredible. The Contractors and Jim took pictures over the course of the project and provided us with a website where we could monitor the progress of the house. We could see that the bad wood was cut out and removed. We could see that the black 'tar-paper' was put on providing a better seal. We could see the attention to detail in every step of the project. The front bay window FRAME was in bad shape. It took extra time to rebuild the frame so the new window would fit correctly. The Contractors took the necessary time to make it right. The gutters were installed the way the gutters should have been installed previously. This is one of the wettest summers in years and the water flowed away from the foundation! Additional drain spouts were put in places where they weren't before and removed ones that were not effective. Every aspect of the job went smoothly and completed in a timely fashion. I would recommend Premier Exteriors to anyone looking to have work done on their home. I did extensive research on various siding companies before selecting Premier Exteriors. The quality of Premier's product (siding, windows, and gutters) is superior to what the other siding companies use. I made the right choice in selecting Premier Exteriors to side our home.

Our experience with Premier was excellent. The house, outbuilding & fence were trashed by the storm 6/3/14. Randy was on the job from the 1st phone call. Dealing with the insurance, mortgage company, and always willing to make the not so short drive out here to handle things with all the workers.I was able to trust all was being taken care of. Whenever we had questions/concerns someone was always on it right away. Our home is even more beautiful now than it was before the storm. I couldn't be happier!

Called contractor to look at my leaky tile roof that had been on here for years , Jim came out to give me an estimate and we decided to remove the outdated concrete roof and install a new laminated shingle roof. After looking at shingle colors that he helped me pick out we decided to proceed with the job. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned the yard thoroughly on a daily basis and were very courteous throughout the project. I would highly recommend.

Repair was completed in a timely manner, communication was great, finally the customer service was great. When approached by the people doing the work they were courteous and professional at all times and respected the property. Despite the weather it was done in a timely manner that didn't impact my schedule.

Had old siding removed and replaced. Had one window replaced. Jesse and other workers were friendly and easy to talk to about the work being done.

We recently closed on a house that needed a new roof. I was originally given a date and time that someone would come out to the house to give me an estimate. A week later I hadn't heard anything, so I called to get an update. Not only had they not come to the house, they hadn't even requested the satellite images to be able to give an estimate without visiting in person. I was told they were going to do that right away and get the estimate to me. Now, a month later, I still haven't gotten an estimate or any form of communication from them.

There were several issues ranging from charging us for services that weren't done to using the incorrect colors for some replacement siding. They seemed more concerned about collecting insurance proceeds than doing the actual job.

We had hail damage from a recent storm in June. Premier Exteriors was recommended to us by someone that had used them. I called them and Jim came to our house within the next hour. I showed him our estimate we received from our insurance company and he said he could take care of our repairs and handle all the paperwork for the insurance company. He showed us the shingles he uses, we picked out what we wanted for the roof and siding and he ordered everything that day. Our work was completed to our satisfaction and I would highly recommend Premier Exteriors. If we need this type of work done again, this is who we will be calling. They did an excellent job in handling all the paperwork with the insurance company, and it was a wonderful experience in getting our repairs done!! Also this is a 5 year workmanship warranty!!

They were floppy. They never followed-through with things that were promised to me. They made promises they did not keep. They left trash behind. They never gave me a gift card that they promised to me. There was just no follow-up.

Jim was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, as was his crew. They did an excellent job, did it on time, and we're very attentive to our questions and concerns. I will definitely use them for future jobs.

I was told they would not be able to sand and stain my deck without installing on a new roof or siding even though they advertise they they refinish decks.

Based on the estimate - the required repairs to my roof exceeded this package deal. So no services were performed outside the normal, free estimate.

My parents' roof was extensively damaged in a hail storm. I researched roofing contractors here on Angie's List for them to use and they contacted several. Premier Exteriors impressed us all right from the start. They returned our initial call right away and came out within a few days to give an estimate. After getting several estimates, my parents chose to go with Premier Exteriors. Everybody with whom we dealt was extremely professional and intent on providing us with the best customer service. The work itself was excellent and the men who replaced the roof were courteous and efficient. Incidentally, the neighbors on either side of my parents also had hail damage and didn't go with Premier Exteriors. Instead they went with other companies and had terrible experiences. My husband and I are planning to replace the roof on our home within the next year or two, and the first company we will call when getting estimates will be Premier Exteriors.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Worked with my homeowner's insurance company to make sure I got a fair claim allowance. Work was done in a timely manner by a very professional and polite crew. Continually cleaned up as they worked and did an excellent job. Owner checked in with me several times. Very pleased with Premier and would definitely use them again.

Very prompt when returning my call for estimate - same day service. Price appeared excessive, but it was a small job and I understand there are certain minimums. After a brief delay of having the wrong style of siding delivered, the job was completed within a week of the estimate.

I don't know who Matt was in the other persons review on Angie's List but I wish we were able to work with him. We worked with Rn and 3 other workers. Jim Pull and his mom Sherry Pull were the other two people we dealt with. We were promised a professional job done by quality installers and done in about two weeks. We gave a deposit of $9,000.00 in July of 2013 and job started in September of 2013 and the contractor is still fixing things that were ruined during the job.Things ruined were not part of the original job. Started with wrong windows being ordered but did not knowuntil they were installed. Windows come wrapped in plastic and half boxed. Camehome after first day of installing to find they were double pane and not triplepane. Two of the windows were not ordered to the correct size and had to cutinto the house to get them to fit. Master bath window installed incorrectly soa new one was ordered. This was discovered by a second contractor as we toldthe first ones, (Premier Exterior employees) to leave and not come back.We came home to find two women on the job site. One wassitting on the patio putting her cigarette butts out and leaving them for me toclean up later. Other women walked in my house and sat down on the couch notknowing I was there. When asking who the women was on the patio she would notanswer. I had to tell the other women on my couch to take off her shoes. Theyleft and I immediately called the job foremen Rn. Who talks fast and overcustomers and is very unprofessional himself. Next day came home to find ourtools laying on our furniture and paint on dripped on floors and personalbelongings. We told them to leave andnot come back. Called the office to discuss what was going on at our house andhad to leave message List of damages: Wood floor has paint on it (owner said he was told only alittle paint was on wood floor) there shouldn't be any and Idon?t know how toget it off without replacing that part of the wood floor. Ifeel the entire floor should be replaced as I do not know how to match it. Theowner felt I was trying to "screw him". He would get upset and talkvery unprofessional. TV stand has paint on it. Don?t know how to get this off. Iwould like to get a new one from them but feel like I should ask from the otherresponses they have had to the list of damaged items. 8 sheers had paint dripped on them (did not wash out) 1 curtain rod broke One curtain rod missing Paint on 7 separate curtain rods. (Have to replace) Caulking smeared on brick wall landscaping (still there) Caulking smeared on decorative boulder, (this was cleaned off) Caulking on back patio I do not know how to get off Paint spilled on driveway and roof tiles (I don't know how to get this off) Some of the windows were installed wrong and fixed byanother contractor but we are still having problems withgaps and air leakswith the living room window. When staining the pergola they got it on the siding they didnot replace. This was replaced my mismatch siding inFebruary 2014, 6 monthslater. The siding on the entire back of the house now needsreplaced just so it all is the same. I HAVE PICTURES I CAN POST OF ALL THE DAMAGES. I had to clean upnails and broken glass daily. I still have a siding box in my grass and a tarpin the corner of my backyard. Their trash pile set in my driveway for monthseven though the invoice said daily clean up and hall away.The owner was an emotional mess and stressed out by yellingand acting unprofessional when trying to work this out with him. He was calm atour house but would call my husband at work mad and yelling. His mother wasmore concerned about me understanding this is a family business and she ismatter of fact person rather than addressing the issues we have with repairingthe damages to our house by their workers and finishing the job. They thought by telling us how hard it is torun a business and that they fired 3 people over the issues at our house wouldmake me happy. I could care less about their stress as it is there choice to be in business. As a consumer I paid $9,000 down and set out expectations they said they could handle. There were others things done wrong but to much to put in this review. They did agree to take $2,500 off of the invoice but I personally don?t think that is enough to cover the emotional distress and damages I am still living with. I feel this is still unresolved as I have a window that leaks, installed wrong the first time, and repairs that still need done. We settled with Premier so we could end this nightmare. I used another contractor to replace my roof and repair hail damage last fall. Part of that work involved replacing the damaged garage door wrap and the results were NOT good. I contacted Premier Exteriors to redo the garage door wrap, understanding that the work would need to wait until weather warmed up. In early March Chris with Premier completed the job professionally and the results look great! When the previous wrap was removed, rotting wood was discovered underneath (that the earlier contractor had simply covered up). Chris brought this to my attention and suggested a solution to resolve the issue and prevent further water damage. Everything was explained in detail and I really appreciate the extra care taken to avoid future problems. Very good experience!

Installed 10 windows. I was very happy with the results.

Very well. Called for estimate and next day they came out and where able to fix it. Quick and very friendly.

|Found carpenter ants in chimney. The workers stayed until it could be treated. There was little lost time, but there were extra charges. |The work was done by a sub-contractor with the supervisor present most of the time. Result looked good as was cleanup. Later I found a pattern mismatch on the chimney and there seemed to be more than several nails that missed the studs.

I was very pleased with the job that was done on my home from Jim and the crew. They were on time with the job, kind and courteous with any questions I had. The crew did an awesome job all around and I was very happy how clean the perimeter of my home was following the job. I would highly recommend Premier Exteriors and will definitely use them on any job in the future.

We were very happy with the services performed. We had just completed a major repair to our siding and painted the exterior prior to the hail storm and were concerned that the roofers would damage our hard work. Our sales representative assured us we would be happy. We were elated, The crew even took the time to move my large flower pots out of harms way. I spoke several times with Ron over the next few days and always felt he was on top of the job. The job was completed promptly, as promised and the clean up immaculate. We were very satisfied with the company, Ron and his crew. I would definitely use them again/but lets hope for no more hail storms.

We had an initial meeting, with the adjuster present, on October 7th. We gave a verbal authorization to complete the damage on the roof on 10/11/13 and requested an estimate on additional sheet rock and gutter work. There were at least three attempts to contact the individual assigned to our project. (message left as sick, actual discussion sick, conversation about gutters and bid, etc, etc. We received the insurance check and called the owner's office (after November 18th). A message was left on our voice mail requesting information regarding who had been assigned to us. We later had conversations with the company (receptionist, another receptionist, owner, receptionist #2) and finally the owner. He wanted copies of the estimates provided. We found this strange but emailed them. An authorization to begin work was repeated at this time. We received a call from the individual assigned to us from his vacation site on the east coast. He promised to call by 8:30 am the day after he returned. I called the office at 10:30 to report that we had been stood up again and that we would find another contractor. We received a call from the individual assigned to us about 45 minutes later telling us that "(the owner) had told him to decline the project cause it is too small." That is 45 days too late for us to consider this a professionally managed business.
