Bryan walked around the house with me showing me problem spots and what needed to be done. He was painting the house next door so I got to see his work. He emailed me a professional estimate detailing what would be done. His price was very competitive. He was very helpful in helping me decide on the colors. Bryan and his brother did an excellent job. They were meticulous in taping up all the various parts necessary, windows, lights, etc. I highly recommend Precision Painting for any of your painting needs.

Outstanding. Soup to nuts Brian and his team are the most meticulous prep, professional and polite workers I have worked with in Omaha. I have a million $ home in Legacy Subdivision and after his remarkable exterior painting, he was the only painter (of 3 I've previously used) that I'd consider returning. His references, 22 no less, are superb. Ask this trick question: When your painter goofs up, and everyone does, did they come back at a reasonable time and act courteous about fixing? 22, who I connected with, paused after this question and said, there wasn't a need to come back, it was done correctly the first time. The other 5 painters' references I used, ALL failed this question. Bryan and his team do it right!

We painted our basement ourselves and had areas of the paint start peeling, in some cases removing the face paper of the drywall beneath. Brian Hickman came out and assessed the damage and gave us an estimate in a timely manner. We also asked him to repaint the entire basement. He and his crew were in and out in just over a day. They were professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. The only negative point was a couple of delays in returning phone calls, but these were minor and attributable to Brian's busy schedule. We are planning to work with Precision again for some light drywall repair and painting in our new house.

Bryan showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He walked around my entire house and I was hoping to get a good estimate and be able to use his locally owned business to paint the interior of my home. We met on Wednesday, he told me that he would email me an estimate on Friday. Seemed like a long time to wait for an estimate because all the other companies gave an estimate immediately. I emailed him on Monday, after not receiving the estimate on Friday, and still did not receive an estimate. I finally gave up. Not sure how they can run a successful business with such bad follow through. Went with Certa Pro and am very happy.

Bryan was the contact person. He was very friendly and helpful. His partners showed up and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. Bryan made a couple of extra trips to the paint store to buy $6.00 containers of paint for us to sample. They put the paint samples up on the wall so we could better decide what colors we wanted to use. He did not charge us extra for the 4 paint samples. They also made minor drywall repairs to the walls prior to painting. The walls looked so much better after they finished! We will definitely use this company again, very prompt and professional.

They promptly responded to my call. Gave recommendations for type of paint and paint colors. Arrived on time every day. Just three guys but they did such a great job. After they would leave every day, I would go through their work and try to find any mistakes. I never found one. I was happy that Brian said it was cool to paint with colors, not neutral tones. I was so happy I took his advice because I love my burnt orange kitchen, my turquoise bathroom and my purple bedroom. They were nice and courteous even to my crazy dogs. His bid was well below other painters. Brian always informed of their stop and start times. I was EXTREMELY happy with the overall outcome and I will definetly use them again.

After reading very good reviews on Angie's List, I called this company and left a very detailed message and requested a call back to me to set up an appointment for a quote for interior painting. This was approximately the last week of June or first week of July. After 2 weeks+, I still had not received any response. So I went back to Angie's List and emailed this company with the same request,giving them my contact information and again asking if we could set up a time for an appointment for a quote for interior painting. Well, it is now July 28 and I have yet to receive any response from this company in any way, shape or form! Hard to believe that this is the same company that had such excellent reviews! Their business skills have certainly gone way downhill!!! a BIG "F" Rating from Bellevue!!!!

Bryan Hickman performed an on-site walk through as the first step in preparing an estimate for interior painting on a house we are going to list for sale. We discussed on the phone in our initial conversation that we were on a compressed timeline since we already bought our new home, and that if he or his associates would be unable to begin work within a week or so, that we probably shouldn't proceed to a walk-through. He communicated that he understood. He arrived on time for the scheduled walk-through and I apologized for the mess we have made while preparing to move. He provided many helpful ideas as to what should be painted, what color, sheen, and how the work would proceed. We looked through our existing paint and discussed his relationships for buying the new paint that would be required. He discussed that his crew was busy with exterior work, but that they were looking to potentially do exterior work during the mornings and move to indoor jobs in the afternoons due to the excessive heat. He also said that he has several colleagues that could potentially be of help in completing the work quickly, and that they would have no trouble beginning work as soon as today (a few days after the walk through). He expressed optimism that the amount of work, though more than what we discussed on the phone initially, would be within their capabilities to handle. He said that he would not complete an estimate by the evening, but that I should expect an emailed estimate by the end of the following day. I let him know that I would not be contacting other painters for bids, and that I was optimistic we could come to terms quickly. To this point, I have not received an estimate for work to be performed, and Bryan has not returned calls on either yesterday or today. Normally I would not be concerned about a few day delay, but in this case I was extremely clear about the nature of our timeline from the outset and how delays would be very costly in terms of time to market for the house. I was looking forward to working with Bryan and am extremely disappointed that his failure to communicate has cost us a week of market time.

He is excellent. I will definitely use him again.

He's an awesome contractor. He's very professional. The quality of work is very good. He was one of those contractors who actually did what he said. I would recommend one to use him in the off season which is from December through March because he would reduce his pricing. He keeps his guys working through the winter. It's one of those things where one could do a substantial saving if they can use him in the winter. They would still get quality work. He was referred to me by one of my friends who had used him. They did the same thing. They hired him over the winter and saved about 40%. He's meticulous and I love that because if he's treating my house the way he would treat his, then I've got a good contractor. His crew is wonderful too. I would use him again in the future.
