Mike is timely returning calls and texts. He's professional and knows about home ev chargers. At the project's completion he walked me through what he'd done from the breaker to the outlet in the garage. Of all the contractors who reached out to do the job, he was consistent, friendly, and flexible. 12/10 would recommend.

What we needed was something fairly simple. The fee for just showing was pretty expensive but he came out very quickly and took care it right away. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hello, After multiple attempts to reach out to this pro with little to 0 success I’m giving up. My fix did not seem like a job he wanted since he dumped me on a call for the “major job” he was on the way to bid on. After my call was dumped he didn’t call back, instead he texted me a little over an hour later to tell me he would call me back when his bid was over. He never called!!! So I ended up calling him back again the following week to make arrangements for him to come out and give me a bid but he wouldn’t. He said he would give me an estimate over the phone of which I were to get nothing in writing. His estimate was a general service call and if it was something simple that’s all it would be but if it requires him to do any troubleshooting than the price would go up from there. I could not get the “up from there” rate that would impact my bill. His demeanor and lack of interest was obvious. You could tell he really didn’t want the job but lacked the jewels to come out and say it. He’d rather the customer jump through hoops to get in contact with him and then treat him poorly on the phone. I would not recommend him at all. Does his own work--does not have hired help which usually can lead to problems because help not trained/experienced as the owner of the business is. Mike was very polite and showed me what was wrong and needed fixed.
