I called them to set an appt for a bid. Peyton came out the next day, told me what he would do, how he would do it and why this process was best. He was very personable, negotiated a fair price for the work and had the traps set and yard sprayed the same day!

Fast, efficient, and quality product for a competitive price. I called for a Department of Veteran Affairs mandated termite inspection, and from first contact until I wrote the check it was under one hour. Jeff did a awesome job and explained what to look for in the future for termites and also mentioned Radon exposure issues in the area. Pratt Termite and Pest Control will be my first call in the future.

The problem is with the office, not the technicians. The first time I tried them last year, my paperwork stated I would call if I needed recurring service but they signed me up and billed me for recurring service. After several phone calls, they did cancel the service and credited my account. I had been happy with the pest removal so I decided to give them another try this year. I paid the day of service with a cc. Two months later I received a bill. They blamed it on the technician not turning in the paperwork. At their suggestion, I texted a copy of my paid bill. A week later, they still showed my account as due and were still blaming in on the technician. Enough if enough. The pest control side does good work but the hassles with billing just aren't worth it.

Every part of my experience with Pratt was excellent from the initial (desperate) call to the now peace of mind the mice are gone. Mr Pratt was absolutely, professional and knowledgeable. Considerate of my pets in the extermination process. The cost was very reasonable and I can relax now knowing my home will be free of vermin & insects. I HIGHLY reccomend Pratt.
