I found Pratt Termite and Pest Control on Home Advisor as I needed a pest inspection. Mr. Pratt called within 30 minutes and was out here two hours later because we were near his last call for the day! Very professional, much lower price than expected, extremely pleased with the service, I highly recommend!

A huge group of honey bees moved to my deck on the 4th of July. I called the office and left a message. I got a call back ON the holiday! and the office manager (who was extremely nice and helpful) gave me the owner's cell phone number!! He didn't come out til the next day, but he was super nice and gave us good advice/tips until he got there. He was amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend.

They were available quickly though numerous other companies had no availability and overbooked themselves. The job, expectations, and explanations were very clearly laid out. My only objection was the price to paint the outside parts to match the house color. I provided the paint, they hardly used any paint and hardly took any time for painting, yet they charged an extra $75.00 for it.

They were very quick. They would have went out the same day I spoke with them. Plus on the initial connection thru HomeAdvisor, I received a call from Pratt within 1 minute.

They called me first thing this morning and we set up an appointment. Peyton was running a little early and called to see if I wanted him to come earlier, which worked out great! Thankfully our problem is ants, not termites! He treated the entire house and is taking care of the outside. Our daughter had an ant problem at her house in IL and still has problems b/c her landlord didn't take care of them right away... we are nipping this problem in the bud!
