+ 0 moreI was told $167.50. I advised Jorge Carmona I would not be paying that much. Jorge contacted his office and stated the price would be $100.00. I paid because I had waited over an hour. I found out after the fact, on their website, that this service should only cost $45.00.
Description of Work: Near Target Store 72nd and Sorenson Parkway Omaha Ne at Burger King. Locked key in car. Needed car door opened.

Description of Work: Gas pump gave an error message after filling up my vehicle so I wasn't sure if my credit card was accepted at the pump. I locked the doors and went into the gas station. Arriving back at my vehicle I realized the keys were still in the ignition and the door was locked. Called Pop A Lock and they sent Jeff out to open the vehicle. He arrived in the time the operator said he would (about 30 mins on a Friday night). It took him about 3 minutes using his tools to get the door open and I was on my way. Very efficient and knowledgable - would definitely use again. I thought the fee was reasonable since it was after 8 pm when I called for service.

+ -1 moreWe discovered that we were locked out of our house on Friday afternoon, and called Pop-A-Lock. They contacted Jeff, who called us two minutes later, and arrived about ten minutes after that. He was very professional, and was determined to get us back into our house. When he was unable to pop the lock on our front door after 30 minutes, he suggested that we try the back door instead. After about 10 more minutes, we were in! We really appreciated his perseverance!
Description of Work: Opened the outer door of our house, after we discovered that we did not have the necessary key to open it ourselves.

About 15 minutes later, the locksmith made it to my house and had me into my truck in less than a minute. I highly recommend their prompt, professional, and convenient services.
Description of Work: I locked my keys in my Ford F-150 and needed a lockout service. Pop-A-Lock came out and unlocked my truck for me.

+ -1 moreI thought this company was great. They literally got to me in about fifteen minutes, and had me into my car in about two minutes flat. They were extremely responsive to my call, they knew what they were doing and they really were extremely nice to deal with.

+ -1 moreI was happy with the price; he did a good job except now I notice one of the locks is hard to turn. He was on time, polite and did what I ask. I m sure if I call him, he'll come back out and fix the lock for me.
Description of Work: The locksmith re-keyed two bolt locks on my front house door, by changing the tumbler. He also made me four house keys.

+ -1 moreHe was very quick and it took him about three minutes to get it unlocked. I almost didn t want to pay him, but no matter how fast he did it, that s how he made a living. I told my daughter next time she locked the keys in the car she was paying for it. He did a great job and didn t scratch the car like my daughter was afraid he would do.
Description of Work: My daughter locked the keys in the car so I had to call them to come and unlock it.
