Art is the owner and he is just a fantastic and personable individual. He will come out between visits if I notice any concerns at no additional fees.

Art, at Patriot Pest Control scheduled our initial appointment but had to rescheduled due to weather concerns (wind and rain). Regarding the scheduled appointment, application conditions turned out optimal for what he assured me would yield the best results. In addition, Art showed up on time, got to work right away, and was very responsive to all my questions. One of my big concerns involved the chemicals used and their safety with a young child and puppy in our home. Art explained how the chemicals acted on pests without contaminating the rest of us. Lastly, Art, at Patriot Pest Control set us up on an every-other-month schedule and guaranteed that any pest problems we encountered between visits were covered at no additional cost...just call, and he would come out and retreat. In summary, I am very pleased with the service we received from Art at Patriot Pest Control and highly recommend their services. Oh, and the crawly creatures that initiated our seeking help seem to be on the run as we have not had a sighting since our first treatment. Thank you Art at Patriot Pest Control.

- Art Huntley is a gem! Punctual, friendly, patient, and identified my pest problem. He waylaid my concerns about "infestations" and answered all my crazy questions. He explained everything each step of the way and sprayed the interior and exterior. He wasn't pushy for a contract and his pricing is very reasonable. Calling an exterminator was a scary process for me - but after my experience with Art....I won't be calling anyone else! Also, he gave me tips on how to avoid bed bugs for an upcoming trip!

Art came to our home we had just purchased back in July 2013 to spray for big hairy disgusting spiders that seemed to be taking over our home. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very detail-oriented. While he was there, he found an active termite colony that the termite inspector missed during their inspection. Art was not trying to sell us this treatment, he wanted us to contact the termite company so they could make it right, which they did. Needless to say he saved us a LOT of money. If we wouldn't have noticed this problem, which we wouldn't have, we would still have termites. Then, we would have been responsible to pay for the $1,000+ treatment when/if we caught this problem. He also worked around our schedule. He said he was available whenever we needed him to come. He's a very trustworthy person. So trustworthy to us that we gave him our garage code. We will continue to use Art for all our pest control issues!!

This was amazing. I have used many pest control services, but this was the most comprehensive and HONEST service I have ever received. First, the owner walked through my entire house and told me an interior spray wasn't needed and then he explained why! He then examined the outside of my house, sprayed for bugs, wiped down cobwebs/spider webs, and sprayed for bugs. He came back to my door and explained everything he had done and told me he had a 30 day guarantee. We settled up and after he left I noticed (within a few days) DEAD BUGS falling around my doors and windows! No call backs necessary. This guy knows what he's doing, takes pride in his work, and has the most competitive prices in town. CALL HIM!!! You won't be sorry.

I called Art and he came out as I told him I thought I had digger wasp nests. He came out the very next morning. He was on time and not only looked over the areas that appeared affected, but also looked around the entire perimeter of my home. He confirmed they were digger wasp nests. He dusted each mound and advised me to call him back if I continued to see new hills. I did call Art back about a week later as I spotted a couple of new hills; however, it turned out that Art had seen them and had dusted them already. He was very kind and professional. He also sprayed the entire perimeter of my home for pests at no additional charge. Its been several weeks now and I haven't seen any of the wasps. I definitely plan to call Art back for all my pest control issues.

Said it didn't look active and really didn't need anything done unless I wanted. He did not charge me for anything. Even the trip to check on it and I offered. I would definitely use him again because he was honest and trustworthy.

Art of Patriot Pest Control came to my house three different times to complete the treatment he advised yet only charged his initial estimate rate. I appreciated the time he spent to solve my problem and the reasonable cost.

We called Patriot Pest Control after finding several dozen dead/dying yellow jackets inside the house one evening. We could not find the source of entry on the inside or the outside initially. After a couple hours, we believed we found the entry point along the base of one window. Patriot Pest Control came the next day and confirmed the entry point we discovered. They applied "dust" into the crack and inside the wall to kill the colony. Because of the nature of yellow jacket infestation, he advised us to not caulk the joint where they gained entry until after a couple of days, to ensure the infestation was killed. In the event that the infestation was not killed, he advised us he would return and reapply the "dust" at no additional charge, inside and out. As part of this service call, he also took care of the spiders on the outside of the house, which can be fairly thick in our neighborhood because of the dense tree canopy.

My husband contacted Patriot Pest Control this morning & they sent someone over the same day. After inspecting our home, the gentleman informed my husband we didn't have a pest problem that couldn't be controlled with the measures we were already taking - bug spray purchased at the hardware store used on a weekly basis until we no longer saw the insects. There was no point in going to the expense of professional extermination, as it wasn't needed. That's pretty refreshing in this day & age. I will certainly keep their business card handy and would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

Art is a very trustworthy person. At first I called him to spray one time for spiders. I liked his price and his professionalism. I decided to have a regularly scheduled pest control plan. I had a terrible Mole/Vole/underground critters problem, they were tearing up the yard with their tunnels. Art knew what to do Didn't have one problem after his work.

HAS A BIG PROBLEM WITH BUGS AND THEY WORKED VERY HARD TO IDENTIFY THE TYPE OF BUGS THEY WERE AND CAME BACK EVERY MONTH TILL WE WERE ABLE TO GET RID OF THEM. WE HAD SIGNED UP FOR EVERY OTHER MONTH SERVICE BUT THEY CAME BACK SOMETIMES TWICE A MONTH TILL WE WERE ABLE GET RID OF THEM AND DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE EXTRA MONTHS THEY HAD TO COME

He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was very polite and friendly and did not try to push a yearly contract. In total it took less than one hour. He was very prompt.

They sprayed inside and out, including the garage. I called this company very late on a Saturday evening and left a message for a return call to discuss solutions for silverfish. The company returned my call early on the following Monday. The representative provided information on where silverfish can live and why they are more prominent when the weather becomes warmer. We discussed possible solutions and the advantages of each solution. I selected a monthly service plan and made an appointment for the first service date and time. He inquired about children who may be living in the house and was careful to make sure that my grandson would not be in the house when he came to treat the house. The technician was prompt, polite, and thorough with the treatment areas. Although I had not thought about the outside of the house, the tech included it in the service to make sure the house was treated properly. He also made sure that the dogs were not exposed to the chemical spray before it was safe for them to be back outside. I was very pleased with this company's willingness to provide information before making a sale. I felt that the representative was not just "in it for the money". I was also very impressed with the concern the technician had for the pets and children that were in the house and may be exposed to the pesticide chemicals.
