Terrible workmanship. Promised to caulk and finish surfaces in a particular way and then didn’t do any of that work. Didn’t tape or protect surfaces surrounding the work area causing unsightly damage to them. Refused to come back and complete finish work after promising to do so. Dealing with peeling paint a year later both inside and outside and he won’t stand by his work. Claims he gave us ‘a deal’ and if we want anything else from him we’d have to ‘take him to court’. He talks a good game but don’t trust this guy. There’s a reason why Fouad and fraud sound so similar.

We were preparing to sell our home in North Omaha to relocate for a new job. Fouad did an excellent job. He was my neighbor at the time and extended credit on payments for the work because we were unable to pay full price at once.He also assisted in identifying other trustworthy service providers for housecleaning and minor repairs on home pre-sale.
