Description of Work: Took forever and A run around to get out, cut around a temporary drain leaving a big hole in bottom rung - didn't ask me want I wanted, broke a sprinkler system hose attempted to fix, didn't and when I contacted to ask for repayment of $65 I spent to fix it - absolutely no response from them.

+ -1 moreMy experience was okay but I didn't have a fence put in yet. I just got the estimate from them. They did the estimate a few days within calling them. I just don't have the money for it right now. Everything was fine. They were very nice, I had a lot of questions about it. They answered all my questions. They weren't putting any pressure on me. I think when the times comes I will go with them.
Description of Work: Pacific Fence did an estimate for a fence for our back yard.

Description of Work: Lee is very friendly and just a pleasure to work with so far. I am still waiting to get one last quote from a competitor, but right now, Pacific is winning my business. They have provided a better explanation of what they will do, how it will look, etc. from the competition. Quote is for an ornamental fence and I will checking out quality before we sign the contract!

+ -1 moreI might recommend someone else. I basically just went with the lowest bidder and the quality of work reflects it. When I look up close, I see a lot of defects and flaws. I asked them to put gothic tops on and I assumed that they would screw them in. Instead, they just glued them on and several of them have already come off and we have only had the fence for about eight months. There was only a problem with the door. There is a chance I would use them again, but I would expect them to do a little better than they did on this job.
Description of Work: We had them install a new wood fence that was approximately 200 square feet.
