I called many other companies and Outdoor Living was the only one that returned my calls in a timely manner. They came out with a laptop and each item itemized which made it so easy to decide what was most important to me. It broke down each item so I knew the exact cost and there were no surprises. Everyone that I spoke to was always professional and personable. It made the process go so smooth. Anytime I had any problems or questions they were always out to help and make things right. The store has a great selection of fun pool items and all the things I need to care for the pool and spa. Could not be happier.
