I was happy with the results until a few weeks ago when I tried to call him to come out and check one of the columns that needs to have the block work redone as it has settled and there is a gap at the base. I have called him several times and have never received a return call. It has been less then a year and I was told when he finished the job to call if I have any problems. I have referred him to a few of my neighbors, but will advise them not to call him because he does not stand behind his work. I am very disappointed in this company.

Contractor failed to complete the project. After paying the bill, I noted a light under the deck had not been reconnected and was hanging by the wires. Talked to the owner several times and he promised he would fix the light. This did not happen. After 5 months I hired an electrician and billed the owner for the service. At this time, he has not paid the bill. Planning to submit for collection.

He seemed like a nice guy and knowledgeable, but three weeks passed with no estimate. After a follow up email from me, he responded that he did have an estimate done and he'd like to go over it with me. I let him know I was generally free and asked when he had availability. Never heard back from him. Since then, I have emailed him a few times and also left three voice mails. No response whatsoever. I assume it would have been a $10-15K project, so I would have thought he would be interested in the work. I can't comment on his work or his prices. They may be very good, but I would have no idea. It is truly unreal that a seemingly successful business person lacks the common sense or courtesy to return a call or an email. After this, I would be afraid to use him in case he flaked out halfway through a job and didn't bother to complete it.

I found this contractor on Angie's List and they had a special for a 10X10 paver stone patio for 50% off. I asked if they would do a 15X15 patio for me. I was quoted $900.00 on may 4, 2013. I agreed to the bid on May 5, 2013. I never received a call or email or text from the contractor unless I sent multiple emails or text messages or phone calls. I finally had to tell the contractor after three months of leading me on about when they will be out there that had to fire them and try to find another contractor. I have been told by several other contractors that the reason Outdoor Decor & Patio was not returning my calls is because the price was super low and they would not be making any money off it. I was hoping to have a patio by Memorial Day. They hoping for July 4th. Then hoping for a patio before kids went back to school the second week of August. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service I had received. If you are going to give a written quote to a perspective client, I would think that you would want to honor your quote. This has been a terrible experience. The excuses I received for three months was rain, rain, rain. It was always that the rain set us back. It had rain in certain parts of the city and not others. They just never came out to check. They came out to my house once in the three months, and that was to put flags down around the patio area and put a sign in my front yard for them. It was kind of a slap in the face. Wanting me to advertise for them for not providing me any services. Again, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

Outdoor Decor and Patio did a great job. He was very friendly and the only complaint I would have is that he took time doing it. He completed it in about a month and he would come and go and there were rain delays. But all-in-all I wasn't in a huge hurry and it turned out great. He had great ideas and let me know how the turn out would be of things I did mention, he seemed to know exactly what would make the best outcome, so that was helpful. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He didn't come and go and not acknowledge you, he took the time to sit down and have lengthy conversations about things.

The owner Jeffery Goetz was very prompt with providing me with an estimate and once I accept his people were there in about a day. The work progressed very quickly and had it been for a heavy rain the job would have been been completed in about 2 and a half days. Jeff kept us informed as to what was going on and was very professional. Upon completion the debris was cleaned up and the wall is just what we wanted. We are very pleased with the finished product!

Jeff Goetz is an amazing designer. He and his team are top-notch professionals. It was an excellent experience.

I called and set up an appointment to get my gutters cleaned. They did not come. I called twice more and was told they would call back with a new time. They did not ever call back.

Cleaned house gutters in November. Did a very good job. I contacted them in June to clean gutters again after maple tree seeds finished. I was told they would do it within a week. A few weeks later I called again and was told they would get back to me the same day about why the work was not done. I was never contacted.
