They were very easy to work with and were timely and did good work. I wasn't even home so they impressed me.

I was originally told it would be approximate 3 weeks, but they had an opening and replaced my railing the following week. The railings look great! Adam offered me a couple of options, and was very prompt and professional when he was out.

We had a really excellent experience with this company. Our home had a hand rail that was probably original to the house, so about 20 years old, and was rusted and falling over. It was unsafe and didn't look too great. We had Omarail replace it with a safer, sturdier and more attractive rail. My inquiry to their office staff was answered quickly and professionally and they patiently explained my options and the benefits of an aluminum railing over other materials. They came out and measured and provided a quote and were very helpful with suggestions (they recommended a textured finish on the railing, which was a great call). Installation was prompt and done perfectly. It looks so much nicer, we feel like the curb appeal of our home has increased a lot, not to mention safety. We've already recommended them to neighbors who are now jealous of our railing. :)

The salesman went and quoted it as he said he would. The installer installed it when they said he would. The quality is really great, looks great and it is strong and high quality. I would totally recommend them, and will use them again.,, totally impressed. I found them on Angies list.

Fine when Adam came out to bid it and when he sent the bid. Pathetic after that.

They did a good job.

They were very good and I have recommended them to four other people who also used them. I was quite pleased with the fence and they cleaned up really well. They were very timely and they were in and out the same day. It was a great job and I feel nobody could have done any better.
