The service representative assessed the problem and placed an order for parts. By the end of the week my fridge was up and going again.

A representative from Expert Appliance Repair responded immediately (minutes upon entering my HomeAdvisor request for repair) with a phone call. Amber was polite, professional and friendly. She had a repairman come out a few hours after I called. He was dressed properly with a face mask and coverings on his feet. He too was polite and professional. After closely examining the washing machine, he told me what was wrong (it was the timer), the part that was needed, and the cost to repair it. He detailed each item on the invoice and told me if I wanted the repair, they would order the part and install it as soon arrived. Two days later the part arrived, and Amber called to see if someone could come out that day to install it. Anthony, the repairman was, as all employees I dealt with, polite, professional and dressed accordingly in this current COVID-19. In the future, should I need an appliance repaired, Expert Appliance will be the company I call.

I have had them out twice, once for my washer. and just yesterday to properly install my dryer duct. Shane and Anthony knew what they were doing and were great answering my questions. I was extremely happy with the pricing. Things that go wrong before Christmas can be stressful and having an up front quote before they come out was great. I am very happy with the business, Amber is very nice and reponded quickly.

Amber in scheduling is extremely friendly and worked with me to arrange a time for the tech to arrive. Anthony discovered the issue with my washer quickly, and as soon as the part arrived, he returned and installed it.

Tech was on time. He was clean and well mannered. He got going right away and kept me informed with info I could understand. They are a very professional company from appointment setting to final fix. I would recommend them to anyone that owns a kitchen appliance.

They installed a dishwasher that Home Depot had brought and refused to install. This company came the next day. They called on their way over. They brought the correct parts and we're super nice to my 3 year olds and out dogs. They lay down plastic to protect the floor.

I thought the repairmen that were sent were quite knowledgable and got the job done in record time.

Knew right away what parts were needed. Came back and took about 20 minutes to install.

It was an easy fix, so it's hard to judge. But they were cordial, explained what happened and what they did, did it quickly and for hundreds less than other quotes, so I'm happy.
