High priced for a better quality of product and it really was not.

We hired Nebraska Deck and Stain to stain our deck Mike kept us informed on scheduling, which was wonderful. We knew exactly when they were coming. The crew was fantastic. Took great care to ensure only the deck would be stained. Masked off windows and covered patio below. Friendly and informative. Walked the perimeter of deck to ensure we were pleased. I called Nebraska Stain & Seal for a quote and Mike Adams stopped by my house that afternoon to take pictures and measurements while I was out of town. After shopping around awhile, I decided that the price was right and we felt better giving our money to Nebraska Stain & Seal after our interactions with Mike and looking at reviews. Our deck was finished two months ago and it looks great. We plan to contact Mike when we are ready to have our fence stained.

Quick to come out for initial visit and bid was fair. They actually showed up when they said they were going to come! Great communication. Excellent work. Stained and sealed our deck and it is gorgeous. A+

Very professional - did good job - good communication

We used this company for our deck in 2017 and the stain didn t make it through the first winter. It was touched up in the spring of 2018 in several spots that didn t take, and in 2019 that is the only stain that remains on my deck- what was touched up. I paid over $1200 for their services and am now having to pay someone to do it correctly again. Mike is quite the salesman, but I m not sure he ever follows up on his jobs to see if they are satisfactory to the customer. He also subcontracts out the job, so you don t know who you are dealing with after the initial meeting. It s been a horrible experience all around. Wait to write your review after the first year.

I requested a professional stain on my deck. I had three ladies come and stain our deck our deck by hand. No sanding down of needed spots. Just stained...which still looks like it was painted. Spots were definitely missed. My complaint brought the cost of over $1100 to $740. We could have done it ourselves with it looking the same way, for a definitely much lower cost. I was very, very disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I have used them. Last year they stained my fence. They always take time to go over any concerns. Not to mention they do an excellent job for a reasonable price. Using quality products so that everything lasts longer. I highly recommend them!

At first, I was pleased with the communication and response and price, but they did the project in a rush and all the stain peeled off due to rainy weather. They came to fix it but did a poor job of just patching a few spots. looked horrible, and now it is peeling again after just one year.

We hired Nebraska Stain & Seal, however, the work has not yet been completed because of the wet weather. Customer service has been great and Mike explained the entire process before hiring.

Even when the rain kept Mike from being able to get the job done sooner, he kept me well informed and I am so greatful he was most interested in doing the job right. Well worth the wait! He answered all my questions and gave information beyond what I thought to ask, before, during and after the process. Very professional and timely.
