Bath Fitters in Omaha NE has not shown up 3 times to fix a glue/caulking issue with our shower. Beginning of January, I called bath fitters about a warranty issue with our shower. They never returned our phone call. Around 12 January , I called bath fitters again and was told we were not in their system. I produced credit card receipts showing our purchase and warranty work was scheduled. On 16 January, I took time off of work but the installer never showed up. I called Tracy at their office and was told I had the wrong date and was told the installer would show up at our home on 23 January first thing in the morning. On 23 January, The installer did not show up per our scheduled appointment, and we were forced to reschedule to the 24th of January. he did show up on the 24 but he did not have all the tools and additional pieces to complete the warranty work. We called the bath fitters and scheduled a repeat visit on 30 January at 8 am. On 30 Jan, The installer did not show up. Upon calling the office I spoke with Kelley and was told we were not on the schedule. The regular scheduler had an emergency and had not scheduled our appointment or any other clients appointment and the installer now had a wait list. Kelley told us she would call the installer and call us back... As of 11 am on 30 December I have not heard from bath fitters. UPDATE: I submitted a claim to the BBB and magically we got a call back from the owner. We scheduled an appointment for the next Saturday and was told he would personally follow-up with us after the work is complete. The installer was late again (45 minutes) but they did complete the work. The owner to date has not contacted us to follow-up I have closed my BBB compliant. UPDATE (3-11-2015) over a month later we receive an email from the branch manager following up on the claim. Apparently they never closed it out.

If you want a quality, no hassle tub or shower replaced these are the guys to contact. Just realize that you will pay a lot for that convenience. One hard working, polite gentleman tore the old shower out and installed the new one in 8 hours. I didn't think it was possible. The results are great and I love the quality of the materials and workmanship.

Went great, no pressure, all the reps were professional and friendly. The only way things could have been better is if we had done it years ago and someone else had paid. Our tub/shower looks wonderful with only minimal cleaning.

The salesman was extremely nice and was always prompt. He even made a special trip to Lincoln to go over something with my husband that would change the cost of the product after we'd already agreed to go with him which we thought was much better than doing it over the phone. In regards to timeline, I wasn't as impressed. Our date for installation got pushed back twice and it took them 8 weeks to get out here instead of the 4-6. I had also confirmed a date a week before our tub actually got installed and got called after I'd confirmed and they told me they had no record of me confirming the prior date even though I talked to someone on the phone earlier that day. They were nice on the phone, but it was irritating. The installation was great. It took them from 7:30AM to about 5:00PM to finish everything. Their "boss" was also there and showed my husband our plumbing issues before they changed anything so that we'd be aware of the changes. That part we really appreciated. They did scratch the tub while putting it in and discussed that they will have someone outside the company come and fit it because it was their mistake. The price wasn't great, but a lifetime warranty is worth it to us and the tub is beautiful.

Salesman was very through. All appointments were on time. They really do install everything I one day.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about this vendor. Good product but my experience with them was less than favorable. The hi pressure sales, poor communication, and lack of follow-through were enough to choose another vendor if I should remodel bathrooms in the future.

I would recommend the one that comes out of Omaha, Nebraska. They did what they said and there were no hidden costs. They are very professional and they left my bathroom cleaner than when they went in. The quality looks good and we are not having any problems.

Start to finish was 3 weeks + with the custom made liner.

They were very good. The quality of the work was excellent. I thought the products they used were very good. They were very timely, they did what they said they would do in the amount of time they said they would get it done. It was a very good experience and I would give them another call.

The two installers arrived on time. They estimated approx 4.5 hours for the job and finished within the time estimate. They made little mess during installation and cleaned up after themselves. Both installers were polite and professional and were employees of Bath Fitter, not subcontractors. As part of the installation, they used some adhesive that had a very strong odor. I placed my large air purifier near the bathroom and ran it on high to help dissipate the odor, but the odor lasted for about 2 days after they left. Our existing plumbing is old and whenever someone would take a shower in our other bathroom, he/she would get scalded by hot water if a toilet was flushed elsewhere in the house (or shocked by cold water if someone ran the hot water in a sink). After the 24 hour set-time had passed, we were excited to test the no-scald feature of the new shower fixture. It worked as advertised: the water temp in the shower remained the same no matter the toilets flushed or sinks ran elsewhere in the house. Very nice! Approximately 3 weeks after installation, everything is working fine, but the company has left voicemails regarding discounts on our original estimate if we schedule the job. Well, we've already scheduled and completed the job, so their internal communication could use some improvement... but on the whole, a positive experience!

They arrived and began taking out the old bathtub, shower doors, etc. They then cleaned up that mess. They then prepared the area for the new walk in shower. Again, one worked continuously in the bathroom and the other man did all the inside/outside walking/preparing. They knew what they were doing. After instructions and the final clean-up, they left.

It was a wonderful experience. They got me in quickly (which was good since my shower wall had a leak in it) and were done in one day. I especially like that the person who did the installation (Jamie) was a licensed plumber, so I felt confident when he was redoing the pipes. Their warranty is also great - lifetime on the liner, and 5 years on the caulking!

All aspects of the service (initial phone call, follow-up, scheduling, and installation) went very well. Bathfitters was very professional and courteous and the entire process was completed within 30 days. I am very impressed with the quality of the material and the high level of craftmanship used. I would definitely recommend this company!

They did some work and I had some problems. They had to come back three or four times. However, they did it right. They do stand behind their work. I think it was a little over priced.

Our tile shower had begun deteriorating for a few years after some repair work had been done to the base. We decided that the Bath Fitters product would work best for us since we did not want the expense of completely replacing the tile. When the estimator came out he was timely and courteous. He reviewed all of the options and he even discussed some of the issues he suspected the installer would run into, taking a few photos to show the installer. When time came for install and the tear out had begun they had already lined up a plumber to fix the many issues that were discovered. Through the entire process the installer was careful to explain the numerous issues in plumbing that were found, even causing standing water under the shower. Once those issues were resolved the shower went in without a hitch. The installer was friendly and tolerant of our kids who were fascinated by his work. The shower has been great, we have been very happy with how it turned out. Should I choose to have this work done again I would go with them again. The only issue was that the new shower was smaller than the old leaving a small gap in the floor. Bath Fitters did not have anyone to fix this, but was willing to recommend someone who could do the work. It would have been easier if they could have taken care of it all.
