Moody's Hauling was referred to us by our real estate agent. Jim and his family are the nicest people to work with. They were on-time, friendly, and worked quickly to get the job done. The cost was reasonable for the amount of time and hauling that was needed to get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and would contact them again if I need this type of service.

We called out of the blue and he was there super quick and did the job quick to.

We contacted them in the morning and that evening we got a text from the company asking for details of the copier to be removed. We sent a picture and the weight and received a quote immediately and an estimate of the time they would come to remove it the next day. And true to time Jim arrived within that 2 hour window and with the help of my husband, removed the copier. Jim was courteous, efficient and reduced the price because we helped him load it. When we have more things to haul away, we will definitely call them.

DJ showed up when he said he'd be here. Was very professional, friendly and just a super nice guy. The price was for the haul away was very very reasonable. Highly recommend. Just so easy to do business with.

Sorry, I don't have any pictures (I didn't think to take any). Mr. Moody was a crew of one and required only minimal help with tipping the stove onto the back of his truck. He refused all other assistance, although my husband offered. Mr. Moody was on time and set about working at once. He didn't dawdle, he didn't take a break, he didn't look for excuses to stop - he just plowed through our enormous pile of stuff and was done before I thought possible. Let me tell you something else about Mr. Moody... he is a man of integrity. My husband spoke with Mr. Moody on the phone, described our mountain of junk and was given an estimate. When Mr. Moody arrived at our home and actually saw what confronted him, he quoted a higher price. My husband looked a bit shocked and Mr. Moody immediately said that if he had quoted a lower price on the phone, we would pay the lower price. My husband said that we would pay more if necessary, but Mr. Moody wouldn't hear it. He said that the price he initially stated was the price and that was that. I've not met many business people who would stand by their word. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mr. Moody again and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He's a good man!

At first Mr. Moody told me he did not have the right kind of truck for the job but called back later to say he had another truck that would work and he would be willing to look at the job. So I rated him A for responsiveness and punctuality. The rest is F. He came into the garage and said it would take a "crew" the better part of the day to move the concrete, take it to the re-cycler and unload it. He quoted an unbelievable price of $1500. I don't know what his game was. Maybe I just look old and stupid. My husband and I then did a load ourselves just to see how much time and effort it would take. The concrete pieces were no where near as heavy as they looked and we loaded one load in 10 minutes, drove to Swains recycling in 5 minutes, unloaded it there in 5 minutes and drove back to the house in another 5. So total 25 minutes per load round trip. I called a couple on craigslist to finish the job. It was a 40 year old and his wife. We helped load his truck the first time so we could show him the way to Swains after it was loaded. Then the two of them finished the other 3 loads in less than 1.5 hours and charged me $110.00. If they had done all the work themselves it would have been $150.00 NOT $1500.00 . I suggest if you ever call this guy for work you get one or two other bids. Seems a rip off company to me. I wish I had a photo to upload to show the scope of the job and the pile of concrete.

Could not have gone better. Jim and his crew showed up on time, got right to work, and had the basement cleared within two hours. Great people to deal with; they are courteous, thorough, and very hard-working. For the sheer amount of stuff that they hauled away, the price was very reasonable. If you need any hauling or clean-out done on your property, look no further than Moody's!

Very well. When I set up the time over the phone and told him everything would be in the garage, he did not quote a price, but said it would be between $75-80. When he came, it was over $100. He was courteous, and quick. I would hire again.

I called the company and they came out within an hour and hauled everything I wanted away for a reasonable price and the gentleman who came was very friendly and professional. Will definitely call them again.

They were responsive and showed up the next day. The workers were so personable and professional. They were fast and very reasonable. I know I will work with them again in the future. Highly satisfied with every aspect of the experience

This was the best move I have ever been involved with. These folks know what they'are doing and do it well and do it professionally. I am so impressed. They came in and completely disassembled the sofa and hauled it out and were in and out so quickly it was hard to tell they had been here. These guys are great!

My husband and I had decided to finish our basement. We have lived in our house for nearly 20 years and it has never been finished. This basement is approximately 1700 square feet and had accumulated all kinds of things from deceased relatives, kids moving in and out and just normal "move it to the basement" items. We knew we had to clean it out before anyone could begin work in there and thought we would rent a dumpster, knowing it would probably be at least twice. A contractor emailed us on Tuesday and said they could begin framing on Friday or Monday. We had barely started separating out the stuff. I googled, "does anyone come to a house and haul stuff away." It came back with Moody's and 800-something Junk. I checked them out on Angie's list and although the Junk place is national and had many reviews, I called Moody's after seeing what the other place charged some of these people. This was on Tuesday. Jim told me to take some pictures of what we want hauled off and email them to him. After work, I went home and did this. He called me back right away and we discussed. Some of the big items were a sectional couch, one recliner, one oversized chair, 2 dead water softeners, 1 large treadmill, box springs and all kinds of junk and trash. He gave me a very reasonable estimate range over the phone. I asked when he could do it and he said Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I went with the Thursday morning and they were there. It was just Jim and his wife. They were so professional and nice. I could not believe the two of them could carry all of this stuff. They ended up having to go dump and come back because there was so much. Jim is a retired Fireman and has been doing this for over 20 years. I cannot say enough about the wonderful, prompt service they provided for a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend them anytime.
